Raipur: Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai today attended a Holi Milan function organized by MLA Shri Anuj Sharma in Dharsiwa Assembly constituency and shared the joys of Holi with the people of the area. Expressing gratitude to MLA Shri Anuj Sharma for inviting him to the event, the Chief Minister extended warm greetings of Holi to all present.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that Holi is not just a festival of colors, but a festival of strengthening mutual love, harmony, and brotherhood. It inspires us to forget our differences and move forward together. He said that Holika is a symbol of evil, and by burning it, we must embrace goodness, positivity, and happiness in our lives and, with everyone's cooperation, move Chhattisgarh forward on the path of development.

The Chief Minister said that this year, Holi falls on March 4th, and the excitement is already palpable. He explained that funds were recently transferred to farmers' accounts under the Krishak Unnati Yojana, which has generated significant enthusiasm among farmers, and that this year, Holi will be celebrated in an even more joyous atmosphere in the state. He added that Holi is also an occasion for social and family bonding, strengthening intimacy and trust within society.

MLA Shri Anuj Sharma said that farmers are overjoyed after Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai transferred the aid to their accounts, and they are celebrating Holi with greater joy and enthusiasm this year. He added to the festive atmosphere by performing traditional Phag songs during the event, which filled the entire campus with the colors of Holi.

MP Shri Brijmohan Agarwal also extended warm greetings of Holi to the people of the area and wished happiness, prosperity and well-being in everyone's life.

On this occasion, MLA Shri Motilal Sahu, Shri Purandar Mishra, Chairperson of Film Development Corporation Ms. Mona Sen along with other public representatives and a large number of dignitaries were present.
