Raipur: Eleven development projects have been approved in Manendragarh from the Infrastructure Development and Environment Cess Fund. Their total cost is approximately ₹27 million. Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, the local MLA and state Health and Family Welfare Minister, is committed to the development of the Manendragarh region, and his special efforts have resulted in these development projects for Manendragarh.

In these works, Rs 15 lakh has been approved for the construction of culvert in village Dhumadan Tendunala of Gram Panchayat Musara of development block Manendragarh of MCB district, Rs 20 lakh for AC/DC high mast light and lightning rod installation work of Siddhababa Temple Ghat of Municipal Corporation Manendragarh, Rs 20 lakh for AC/DC high mast light and lightning rod installation work at Gurudwara Chowk of Municipal Corporation Manendragarh, Rs 20 lakh for AC/DC high mast light and lightning rod installation work at Hazari Chowk of Municipal Corporation Manendragarh, Rs 20 lakh for AC/DC high mast light and lightning rod installation work at Railway Station of Municipal Corporation Manendragarh.

Similarly, Rs. 20 lakh has been sanctioned for the installation of AC/DC high mast light and lightning rod near Khedia Talkies under Municipality Manendragarh of MCB district, Rs. 20 lakh for the installation of AC/DC high mast light and lightning rod near P.W. office of Municipality Manendragarh, Rs. 20 lakh for the installation of AC/DC high mast light and lightning rod near Khatu Shyam Temple of Municipality Manendragarh, Rs. 20 lakh for the installation of AC/DC high mast light and lightning rod near Vivekanand College of Municipality Manendragarh, Rs. 20 lakh for the installation of AC/DC high mast light and lightning rod at Pahad Shiv Mandir Hiragir Dafaai under Municipality Chirmiri, Rs. 12 lakh has been sanctioned for the installation of AC/DC high mast light and lightning rod at Siddhababa Gufa Podi of Municipality Chirmiri.
