Raipur. On the instructions of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, a case has been registered under the Land Revenue Code. The matter relates to the encroachment of land belonging to the Pando tribe. The case has been registered under Section 170B of the IPC. The SDM has issued notice in the matter, and a hearing date has been set for March 20th.
