Raipur. Strong determination and the support of government schemes bring positive change in life, making every dream possible. Various government schemes, such as social security, health, and education, ensure inclusive development and empower marginalized groups. Bihaan Didi Chitrarekha Dhuri, associated with the Sanskar group of Gram Panchayat Nagpura, which falls under the Bhainsbod cluster of Janpad Panchayat Bilha in Bilaspur district, has proven that with strong determination and the support of government schemes, every dream can be realized. Living with limited resources, Chitrarekha chose the path of self-reliance by joining a self-help group, and today she is recognized as Lakhpati Didi. 

Chitrarekha described government schemes as a big support for economic self-reliance. She expressed her gratitude to Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai for the public welfare schemes, which are benefiting every section of the society. Before joining the group, the financial condition of Bihan Didi Chitrarekha Dhuri's family was very ordinary. Along with domestic responsibilities, she often had to face challenges due to limited sources of income for the family. At such a time, under the Bihan scheme of National Rural Livelihood Mission, Sanskar group not only gave her financial support but also boosted her self-confidence. By taking a loan from the group, she bought an e-rickshaw and gave the responsibility of its operation to her husband. This step brought a major change in Chitrarekha's life. Once she began earning a regular income from driving an e-rickshaw, she also took up sewing. She began earning additional income by sewing clothes for the village women and children. She also cultivated a vegetable garden near her house and began growing seasonal vegetables, which not only met her family's needs but also generated profits from sales in the market. These three activities strengthened her income, and gradually, her annual income exceeded one lakh rupees. Today, Chitrarekha Dhuri has become an example of financial empowerment and self-reliance. 
Chitrarekha's success has inspired other women in the village to become self-reliant by joining self-help groups. She happily shares that she also receives benefits under the Mahatari Vandan Yojana, which helps her meet her small needs. She says that it is the Chief Minister's sensitive initiative that has ensured that women have their own money, and by participating in various government welfare schemes, many women like her are moving towards becoming economically empowered.
