Health Minister conducts surprise inspection of Manendragarh Civil Hospital,
Raipur. Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal conducted a surprise inspection of the Government Civil Hospital, Manendragarh, on Sunday to review the hospital's healthcare facilities. He met with patients, inquired about their well-being, and inquired about the healthcare facilities being provided.
During the inspection, the Minister thoroughly reviewed the hospital's treatment facilities, availability of medicines, cleanliness, and other amenities. He gathered necessary information from doctors and hospital management and directed them to ensure the best possible treatment for patients. The Minister stated that providing quality healthcare to patients is the government's top priority, and that negligence will not be tolerated. He directed the hospital management to ensure timely treatment and necessary facilities for patients.
Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Avinash Khare stated that the Health Minister conducted a formal inspection of the hospital. Despite the OPD being closed due to Sunday, he inspected various wards, inquired about the arrangements, and expressed satisfaction with the cleanliness.
CMO Dr. Khare stated that security has been strengthened to prevent unwanted elements from entering the hospital premises. To keep an eye on such individuals, security guards have been deployed in the hospital, who are deployed in two shifts. He added that security will be further strengthened when the medical college opens in the future. CMO Dr. Avinash Khare, Swapnil Tiwari, and Divisional President Ravi Verma, along with hospital doctors, officers, and staff, were present.
