Youth play an important role in realizing the dream of a developed India by 2047 - Union Minister Shri Mansukh Mandaviya

Raipur, / In his virtual address at the national-level 'MY Bharat Budget Quest,' Shri Mansukh Mandaviya, Union Minister of Youth Affairs and Sports, emphasized the crucial role of youth in realizing the vision of a developed India 2047. He encouraged participants to actively contribute towards inclusive growth and sustainable development.

According to information received from Shri Arpit Tiwari, State Director (In-Charge) MY Bharat Chhattisgarh, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India, MY Bharat Chhattisgarh, under the aegis of Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India, successfully organised the closing ceremony of the national-level 'MY Bharat Budget Quest' at IIIT Raipur on 13th April 2026. More than 500 youth participants from across the state enthusiastically participated in the event, reflecting the deep involvement of youth in policy dialogue and nation-building initiatives.

At the beginning of the program, Tourism Minister of Chhattisgarh Government, Mr. Rajesh Agrawal addressed the youth. Skill Development Minister, Mr. Guru Khushwant Saheb participated in the closing session as the chief guest and called upon the youth to fulfill the resolution of developed India in the Budget Quest program. MP, Mr. Brijmohan Agrawal, attended the program as a special guest and discussed with the youth and threw light on the subject of the budget.

The two-day event featured insightful discussions on important national topics such as human capital development and developed agriculture (developed farming). These sessions fostered meaningful dialogue, exchange of innovative ideas, and policy-oriented thinking among participants. The 'MY Bharat Budget Quest' served as a dynamic platform for youth to understand, discuss, and contribute to budgetary and developmental frameworks. This initiative is in line with the broader vision of empowering young citizens as stakeholders in India's progress.

The event concluded with a powerful message of youth-led change, further reinforcing the commitment to building a developed and self-reliant India. Mr. OP Vyas, Director, IIIT Raipur, also welcomed everyone.
