Raipur. Important news has emerged regarding the Raipur Police. Vikas Kumar, previously posted as DCP (Traffic and Protocol), will now take on a key role in a central agency.

2020 batch IPS Vikas Kumar has been deputed to the post of Superintendent of Police (SP) in the National Investigation Agency.

The Union Home Ministry has issued orders in this regard and information regarding this has been sent to the Chhattisgarh government.

This appointment is also considered important for Raipur Police, because a young officer from the city has now got a chance to work at the national level.
