Raipur. The facility of online payment on the RTI online.cg.gov.in portal of Chhattisgarh state is available since the inception of the portal. In the year 2023, this portal was integrated with the State Bank of India and linked to the UPI payment system, which provided the citizens with the option of simple, secure and fast payment.
From January 1, 2023 to April 18, 2024, a total amount of Rs 7 lakh 03 thousand 42 has been received through online and physical payments through the portal, which is a proof that citizens are actively using digital means.

The State Government is continuously making efforts to make services under the Right to Information Act more transparent, accessible, and technology-based. Technical upgrades are also being made to the portal from time to time to ensure applicants do not face any inconvenience. It is also noteworthy that the State Government is committed to digitizing citizen services and will continue to make necessary improvements to the portal in the future to make it more user-friendly and effective.
