Gangrel Dam upgradation gains momentum

Raipur: The Ravishankar Sagar Reservoir, also known as the Gangrel Dam, located in Dhamtari district, will now be strengthened and made safer through upgrades and significant repairs. The state government has granted administrative approval of ₹65.5 crore for the dam's long-term safety and structural strength. This initiative will not only increase the dam's lifespan but also strengthen dam safety standards.
