Review of the progress of works of Marine Drive, New Bus Stand, Kisan Rice Mill Oxygen Zone and Milk Dairy Oxygen Zone

Necessary instructions given to officials to ensure quality and timely construction work

Raipur, May 18, 2026/ Finance Minister Shri O.P. Choudhary inspected the site of various important development projects being carried out in Raigarh city and took stock of the progress and quality of the construction works.

During the inspection, he observed the construction work on Marine Drive, the new bus stand, the Oxygen Zone being developed at the Kisan Rice Mill Complex, and the Milk Dairy Oxygen Zone. Mr. Chaudhary directed officials and related agencies to ensure all work is completed within the stipulated timeframe and that no compromise is made on quality.

Finance Minister Mr. Chaudhary stated that the completion of these projects will provide Raigarh city with modern and well-organized infrastructure. Marine Drive will be developed as an attractive public space for the city's residents, the new bus stand will provide better amenities to travelers, while the Oxygen Zone projects will provide a clean and green environment for citizens while protecting the environment.

He said that the state government's objective is to improve the quality of life of citizens through development works. To this end, all projects are being regularly monitored so that the public can benefit as quickly as possible. Officials from the relevant departments, public representatives, and representatives of construction agencies were present on the occasion.
