Raipur: The "Seva Setu" portal, launched under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai to promote good governance and expand digital services in the state, is proving to be a source of relief for ordinary citizens. Through the portal, various government services are being delivered in a simple, transparent, and timely manner.

Durga Sidar of Sangitarai village, Raigarh block, Raigarh district, is a prime example. She needed a marriage certificate to avail herself of various government schemes and complete the necessary documentation. Previously, obtaining such documents required numerous rounds of offices, which was both time-consuming and costly.

Durga Sidar said that upon learning about the Seva Setu portal, she applied online with the necessary documents. Following the established procedures, her marriage certificate was issued within a few days. She was greatly relieved to receive the documents on time without any hassle.
