New Delhi. Congress: Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge has made changes in the organization and appointed new All India Congress Committee (AICC) in-charges for Haryana, Odisha and Uttar Pradesh. According to the press release issued by party general secretary KC Venugopal, Sanjay Dutt has been made the AICC in-charge of Haryana, Lalji Desai of Odisha and Rajendra Pal Gautam of Uttar Pradesh. These appointments have been implemented with immediate effect.
