Raipur, (Raipur) - Tourism and Culture Minister Shri Rajesh Agrawal participated in the division-level employment fair held in the auditorium hall of the Government Postgraduate College in Ambikapur on Saturday and interacted cordially with the youth of the region. Encouraging the youth who had come seeking employment, he stated that the state government's top priority is to provide them with better employment opportunities commensurate with their talent, qualifications, and skills. He urged them to move forward with continuous hard work, skill development, and confidence.
Minister Shri Rajesh Agrawal stated that employment fairs are not just a means of recruitment, but a powerful platform to give new direction to the dreams of the youth. Through such events, youth are getting the opportunity to connect with various prestigious institutions and industries, further strengthening their path to a bright future. He emphasized that in changing times, skill and competence are the greatest asset for success. Therefore, youth should continuously develop their capabilities and prepare themselves for new opportunities.
He added that the state government is making continuous efforts to connect youth with employment and self-employment. Skill development, training, and employment opportunities are being effectively implemented through various departments, so that every youth in the state can become self-reliant and play an active role in the state's development.
