Chintan Shivir 3.0: Yoga brings a new dawn, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai gives the message of a healthy and balanced life
Raipur, July 5, 2026 // Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai began the second day of the Chintan Shivir 3.0 with yoga. He practiced various yoga asanas and pranayama along with members of the cabinet at a special yoga session held at the Sports Complex of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Nava Raipur.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that yoga is an invaluable asset of India's ancient knowledge tradition, which is the foundation of a healthy body, a peaceful mind, and a balanced life. He said that regular yoga practice not only strengthens physical and mental health, but also inspires individuals to establish harmony with nature. He urged the people of the state to make yoga a part of their daily lives.
Chief Minister Shri Sai stated that physical and mental health is essential for good governance and effective decision-making. To this end, the day began with yoga during the Chintan Shivir, so that meaningful discussions on issues related to the state's development could be held with positive energy and concentration. He stated that this mass yoga practice will inject positive energy and a new direction into Chintan Shivir 3.0, instilling the message of discipline and a healthy lifestyle.
Deputy Chief Minister Shri Arun Saw, Forest Minister Shri Kedar Kashyap, Agriculture Minister Shri Ramvichar Netam, Food Minister Shri Dayaldas Baghel, Industry Minister Shri Lakhanlal Devangan, Health Minister Shri Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, Revenue Minister Shri Tankaram Verma, Women and Child Development Minister Smt. Laxmi Rajwade, Tourism Minister Shri Rajesh Agarwal, School Education Minister Shri Gajendra Yadav and officials of IIM Raipur were also present in the yoga session.
