Ravindra Nirmalkar and Sandhya Nirmalkar received their marriage certificates within three days.
Raipur. Under the guidance of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, government services are being provided through the Seva Setu portal in a simple, transparent, and timely manner at the Gram Panchayat level. In this regard, Mr. Ravindra Kumar Nirmalkar and Mrs. Sandhya Nirmalkar, residents of village Ganoud in the Nava Raipur area, received their marriage certificates within three days through the Seva Setu portal.
Ravindra Kumar Nirmalkar and Mrs. Sandhya Nirmalkar needed marriage certificates for various government and legal purposes. They applied online on the Seva Setu portal through the Public Service Center on July 3, 2026. After the application was vetted and the necessary procedures were completed, their marriage certificates were issued on July 6, 2026. By receiving marriage certificates within the stipulated timeframe through the Seva Setu portal, beneficiaries were relieved of unnecessary hassles and saved both time and money.

Mr. Ravindra Kumar Nirmalkar and Mrs. Sandhya Nirmalkar reported that they received their marriage certificates in just three days through the Seva Setu portal. Expressing gratitude to Chief Minister Mr. Vishnu Dev Sai for this public-friendly facility, they said it is making government services easily and timely available to ordinary citizens.
