Collector reviews Jal Jeevan Mission works, gives strict instructions to take pending works seriously
Jashpurnagar . Collector Rohit Vyas reviewed the Jal Jeevan Mission scheme, operated under the Public Health Engineering Department, yesterday. He issued clear instructions to contractors for various contracts where more than 70% of the payments have been made, directing them to complete all work by August.
While giving instructions to the contractors, the Collector said that in case of negligence in the work, the recovery of the work will be made from your contracts. 25 contractors of Jal Jeevan Mission and departmental officers and employees were present in the said meeting. The Collector said that providing pure drinking water to the people under Jal Jeevan Mission is the priority of the Chhattisgarh government and no negligence will be tolerated in this.
