रायपुर, 31 मई 2025/छत्तीसगढ़ में शिक्षा व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ एवं प्रभावशील बनाने के लिए शिक्षकों के रिक्त पदों पर चरणबद्ध भर्ती की जाएगी। प्रथम चरण में 5,000 शिक्षकों की भर्ती होगी। इस निर्णय से प्रदेश के शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में अध्ययन अध्यापन व्यवस्था को गति मिलेगी और विद्यार्थियों को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा प्राप्त होगी। शिक्षकों के रिक्त पदों पर भर्ती को लेकर विभागीय स्तर पर तैयारियां प्रारंभ कर दी गई हैं।
छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार द्वारा राज्य में शिक्षा व्यवस्था को बेहतर बनाने के उद्देश्य से कई महत्वपूर्ण पहल की जा रही है। इन्हीं पहल में शामिल है शालाओं एवं शिक्षकों का युक्तियुक्तकरण। युक्तियुक्तकरण की प्रक्रिया राज्य में शुरू कर दी गई है। इसके पूरा होेने के बाद शिक्षकों के रिक्त पदों का आकलन कर नई भर्ती की प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाएगी।
गौरतलब है कि शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता और पहुंच को बेहतर बनाने की पहल के तहत छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार द्वारा राज्य में शालाओं और शिक्षकों का युक्तियुक्तकरण किया जा रहा है। इसका उद्देश्य यह है कि जहां जरूरत है वहां शिक्षक उपलब्ध हों और बच्चों को अच्छी शिक्षा, बेहतर शैक्षणिक वातावरण और बेहतर सुविधाएं मिल सकें। युक्तियुक्तकरण का मतलब है स्कूलों और शिक्षकों की व्यवस्था को इस तरह से सुधारना कि सभी स्कूलों में छात्र-शिक्षक अनुपात संतुलित हो और कोई भी स्कूल बिना शिक्षक के न रहे।
राज्य की 30,700 प्राथमिक शालाओं में औसतन 21.84 बच्चे प्रति शिक्षक हैं और 13,149 पूर्व माध्यमिक शालाओं में 26.2 बच्चे प्रति शिक्षक हैं, जो कि राष्ट्रीय औसत से कहीं बेहतर है। हालांकि 212 प्राथमिक स्कूल अभी भी शिक्षक विहीन हैं और 6,872 प्राथमिक स्कूलों में केवल एक ही शिक्षक कार्यरत है। पूर्व माध्यमिक स्तर पर 48 स्कूलों में शिक्षक नहीं हैं और 255 स्कूलों में केवल एक शिक्षक है। 362 स्कूल ऐसे भी हैं जहां शिक्षक तो हैं, लेकिन एक भी छात्र नहीं है। इसी तरह शहरी क्षेत्र में 527 स्कूलों में छात्र-शिक्षक अनुपात 10 या उससे कम है। 1,106 स्कूलों में यह अनुपात 11 से 20 के बीच है। 837 स्कूलों में यह अनुपात 21 से 30 के बीच है। लेकिन 245 स्कूलों में यह अनुपात 40 या उससे भी ज्यादा है, यानी छात्रों की दर्ज संख्या के अनुपात में शिक्षक कम हैं।
युक्तियुक्तकरण के अंतर्गत जिन स्कूलों में ज्यादा शिक्षक हैं लेकिन छात्र नहीं, वहां से शिक्षकों को निकालकर उन स्कूलों में भेजा जा रहा है, जहां शिक्षक नहीं हैं। इससे शिक्षक विहीन और एकल शिक्षक वाले स्कूलों की समस्या दूर होगी। स्कूल संचालन का खर्च भी कम होगा और संसाधनों का बेहतर उपयोग हो सकेगा। एक ही परिसर में ज्यादा कक्षाएं और सुविधाएं मिलने से बच्चों को बार-बार एडमिशन लेने की जरूरत नहीं होगी। यानी एक ही परिसर में संचालित प्राथमिक, माध्यमिक, हाई स्कूल एवं हायर सेकेण्डरी स्कूल संचालित होंगे तो प्राथमिक कक्षाएं पास करने के बाद विद्यार्थियों को आगे की कक्षाओं में एडमिशन कराने की प्रक्रिया से छुटकारा मिल जाएगा। इससे बच्चों को पढ़ाई में निरंतरता बनी रहेगी। बच्चों के स्कूल छोड़ने की दर (ड्रॉपआउट रेट) भी घटेगी। अच्छी बिल्डिंग, लैब, लाइब्रेरी जैसी सुविधाएं एक ही जगह देना आसान होगा।
शिक्षा विभाग से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार शालाओं के युक्तियुक्तकरण के तहत राज्य के कुल 10,463 स्कूलों में से सिर्फ 166 स्कूलों का समायोजन होगा। इन 166 स्कूलों में से ग्रामीण इलाके के 133 स्कूल ऐसे हैं, जिसमें छात्रों की संख्या 10 से कम है और एक किलोमीटर के अंदर में दूसरा स्कूल संचालित है। इसी तरह शहरी क्षेत्र में 33 स्कूल ऐसे हैं, जिसमें दर्ज संख्या 30 से कम हैं और 500 मीटर के दायरे में दूसरा स्कूल संचालित है। इस कारण 166 स्कूलों को बेहतर शिक्षा के उद्देश्य से समायोजित किया जा रहा है, इससे किसी भी स्थिति में बच्चों की पढ़ाई प्रभावित नहीं होगी। शेष 10,297 स्कूल पूरी तरह से चालू रहेंगे।
दरअसल छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार राज्य के शहरी और ग्रामीण इलाकों में शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता को बेहतर बनाने के लिए स्कूलों और शिक्षकों का युक्तियुक्तकरण यानि तर्कसंगत समायोजन कर रही है। इसका उद्देश्य यह है कि जहां जरूरत ज्यादा है, वहां संसाधनों और शिक्षकों का बेहतर ढंग से उपयोग सुनिश्चित हो। उन स्कूलों को जो कम छात्रों के कारण समुचित शिक्षा नहीं दे पा रहे हैं, उन्हें नजदीकी अच्छे स्कूलों के साथ समायोजित किया जाए, ताकि बच्चों को बेहतर माहौल, संसाधन और पढ़ाई का समान अवसर उपलब्ध हो सके।
शालाओं और शिक्षकों के युक्तियुक्तकरण से बच्चों को ज्यादा योग्य और विषय के हिसाब से विशेषज्ञ शिक्षक मिलेंगे। स्कूलों में लाइब्रेरी, लैब, कंप्यूटर आदि की सुविधाएं सुलभ होंगी। शिक्षकों की कमी वाले स्कूलों में अब पर्याप्त शिक्षक मिलेंगे। जिन स्कूलों में पहले गिनती के ही छात्र होते थे, वे अब पास के अच्छे स्कूलों में जाकर बेहतर शिक्षा प्राप्त कर सकेंगे। ग्रामीण और शहरी दोनों क्षेत्रों में इस बदलाव से शिक्षा का स्तर सुधरेगा। छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार की मंशा है कि हर बच्चे को अच्छी और गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा मिले।यह पहल राज्य की शिक्षा व्यवस्था को ज्यादा सशक्त और संतुलित बनाएगी। युक्तियुक्तकरण से न सिर्फ शिक्षकों का समुचित उपयोग होगा, बल्कि बच्चों को बेहतर और गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा भी मिल सकेगी।

Raipur, 28 May 2025/ Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai today conducted an in-depth review of the updated status of implementation of government schemes by holding a meeting of officials of Balod, Narayanpur and Kanker districts in the conference hall of Joint District Office, Balod under Sushasan Tihar.On this occasion, the Chief Minister expected from all the officers that they should work with dedication and responsibility and play an active role in realizing the vision of developed Chhattisgarh.
Chief Minister Shri Sai said that under the third phase of Sushasan Tihar, the actual progress of the schemes is being evaluated through continuous inspection of various areas of the state and meetings with officials.He said that the positive feedback received from the general public is a proof that the benefits of the work done by the state government in the last one and a half years have reached the last person in the society.
Linking cleanliness with public participation, Chief Minister Shri Sai directed the officials to work with special interest in cleanliness and ensure prompt resolution of cleanliness related applications received during Sushasan Tihar.He said that the positive impact of Swachh Bharat Mission started by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is being reflected across the state.The Chief Minister directed the officers to regularly visit and inspect the construction and development works as well as work for quick solution of public problems. The Chief Minister expressed the need to motivate farmers to adopt crop rotation.He directed to prepare necessary strategy to promote sugarcane in Balod district and pulses-oilseeds crops in Kanker and Narayanpur districts.
The Chief Minister, while emphasizing on resolving revenue matters, said that unnecessary delay creates dissatisfaction among the public.He directed to ensure regular dates of Revenue Court at district and tehsil level and timely resolution of all pending cases. Revenue officers were also directed to complete the demarcation work before the rains.The Chief Minister gave instructions to promote livelihood activities, focus especially on the Drone Didi program and complete the infrastructure development works with quality and within the time limit.
The Chief Minister directed for quick redressal of the applications received regarding income, caste and residence certificates and to organize special camps to provide necessary certificates especially to the students.Chief Minister Shri Sai expressed dissatisfaction over the examination results of Balod district and directed to take corrective measures immediately.He stressed on the need for 100 per cent implementation of centrally sponsored schemes like Ayushman Bharat, Har Ghar Jal, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Janman Yojana.On this occasion, the Chief Minister also shared information about the construction of 400/220/132 kV high pressure substation in Deori and Dondilohara of Balod district at a cost of Rs 500 crore and Junwani to Chikhli road at a cost of Rs 11.47 crore.

Raipur, May 26/ Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on Monday virtually inaugurated a branch of Chhattisgarh Gramin Bank in Pamed, a remote village in Bijapur district once considered a Maoist stronghold. Describing the move as a landmark in the region’s journey from extremism to empowerment, the Chief Minister said, “This land once feared as the base of Maoist Battalion No. 1 is today witnessing the rise of banks, hostels, and hope. This is the new Bastar — confident, connected, and committed to change.”
The bank branch will bring formal financial services to over 50 villages, eliminating the need for villagers to travel nearly 100 kilometers to Avapalli for basic transactions. The facility will support account openings, withdrawals under welfare schemes such as the Mahatari Vandan Yojana, and enable seamless access to banking facilities and government subsidies.
The launch formed part of the state’s flagship Sushasan Tihar initiative, aimed at delivering governance to the last mile.
Speaking from Delhi, CM Sai emphasized the symbolic significance of the moment. “This is not just a bank opening. This is the commitment of the state for stability and welfare of people — not with force, but with trust, services, and stability,” he said.
In addition to banking services, the Chief Minister also inaugurated a 50-seater tribal girls’ hostel, constructed at a cost of ₹1.62 crore, to strengthen educational access for young women in the region. A Nutrition Rehabilitation Centre (NRC) was also launched to address the pressing issue of child malnutrition in surrounding tribal areas.
CM Sai highlighted infrastructure development as the cornerstone of Pamed’s long-term integration. The Dharmavaram Bridge over the Talperu River, currently under construction, is expected to drastically reduce the 200-kilometre detour through Telangana previously required to reach the district headquarters. Complementing this, a direct bus service between Pamed and Bijapur has been initiated to ease mobility and stimulate local commerce.
The event was marked by the presence of hundreds of local residents and key officials, including former minister Mahesh Gagda, Zila Panchayat President Janki Korsa, Collector Sambit Mishra, and SP Dr. Jitendra Kumar Yadav. A ‘Samadhan Shivir’ (public grievance redressal camp) was also held, where officials addressed citizen concerns in real-time — reinforcing the administration’s on-ground engagement.
CM Sai concluded with a firm resolve: “By March 2026, we aim to eradicate Maoist influence entirely. What once symbolised fear will now represent a new chapter of hope, development, and democracy."

New Delhi, May 26, 2025:* With the investment proposal of more than Rs 300 crore, Chhattisgarh will become one of the largest transformer manufacturing centers in the country. Karamveer Electronics Limited, a well-established name in the electrical equipment sector, has proposed an investment of over Rs 300 crore to set up a state-of-the-art transformer manufacturing facility in Raipur.
On this occasion, the Managing Director of the company, Mr Vivek Jain met the Chief Minister at Chhattisgarh Sadan, New Delhi. In the meeting, the outline of the proposed project, investment possibilities and dimensions of employment generation were discussed in detail. Mr Jain said that this unit will be the country's most advanced transformer manufacturing unit from a technical point of view, which will prove to be a milestone in meeting the needs of the energy sector in future.

India’s Leading AI Data Center to Be Set Up Soon in Raipur – ESDS to Invest Over Rs 600 Crore
Raipur 26 May 2025/ In a landmark move set to transform Chhattisgarh’s digital landscape, technology firm ESDS Software Solution Ltd has proposed an investment of over Rs 600 crore to establish a state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence-based data center in Raipur.
During a meeting with Chhattisgarh Chief Minister at Chhattisgarh Sadan in New Delhi, ESDS Chairman Piyush Somani and Vice President Lokesh Sharma presented the proposal and emphasized that the data center would not only fuel the digital transformation of Chhattisgarh but also serve as a critical infrastructure pillar for AI and cloud services across India.

Raipur : People of Jagargunda area of Sukma district of Chhattisgarh, which has been affected by the Naxal problem for a long time, will now also get the benefit of banking facilities. Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai today virtually inaugurated the branch of Indian Overseas Bank in Jagargunda, Sukma from the Chief Minister's residence.
About 14 thousand villagers from 12 nearby villages will get the benefit of banking facility from this branch of the bank.

Implementation of Chief Minister's announcements started in Muller
Raipur, 18 May 2025/ The announcements made by Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai in the highly sensitive and remote village Muller of Dantewada district of Chhattisgarh under Sushasan Tihar 2025 are now being implemented on the ground.In accordance with the instructions of the Chief Minister, the district administration has shown promptness and has given administrative approval of a total of Rs 21.54 lakh for the establishment of a sub-health center, construction of three CC roads and construction of a dome shed.
It is noteworthy that Chief Minister Shri Sai had recently made a surprise visit to village Muller under Sushasan Tihaar and inspected the development camp. The villagers were very excited to have the Chief Minister amongst them.The villagers placed their main demands related to health, road and community facilities on the spot, to which the Chief Minister showed sensitivity and gave immediate approval and directed the administration to complete the work on priority basis.

One such stirring scene unfolded in the remote village of Charaidand in Jashpur district, Chhattisgarh, where Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai led a grand Tiranga Yatra with thousands of participants marching in unison, holding the Indian flag high.
The rally saw overwhelming participation from villagers, women, children, elders, and government officials.
