Administration raided 6 shops in Kunkuri: Action taken under COTPA Act, sale of tobacco cigarettes, gutkha and bidi is prohibited within 100 meters of the school

Jashpur. Under the direction of Kunkuri SDM Nand Pandey and SDOP Vinod Kumar Mandavi, a team of Tehsildar Kunkuri Pramod Patel and police station in-charge Rakesh Yadav in Kunkuri development block took action under the COTPA Act against shops selling tobacco, gutkha and cigarettes within 100 meters of the school.Which includes 6 shops. They were explained that selling any type of tobacco, cigarette or gutkha within 100 m radius of the school is prohibited. These include Khushi Biryani Center, Dilip Jain Grocery Store, Colombo Khan and Rajesh Grocery Store, Mishra Grocery Store.
