The guideline rates of land were increased on the suggestion of the officers. He said that there will be a big impact on the economy of Chhattisgarh. Agrawal said that the economy of Chhattisgarh will collapse. Agrawal said that I do not think that the increase in the guideline rates of land would have been discussed with the CM. He said that after discussion with everyone, the new guideline rates should be effective from the new financial year.
