Raipur. The 22nd installment of the Mahatari Vandan Yojana was released on December 3, 2025. This was done by pressing a button at a program held at Mohla-Manpur-Ambagadh Chowki under Mahatari Vandan, the state government's flagship scheme for women's economic empowerment. The funds were transferred to the accounts of 6,771,012 beneficiaries. PM Modi had transferred the first installment of the Mahatari Vandan Yojana to the accounts of 7,012,417 women. However, if we consider the number of beneficiaries for the 22nd installment, only 6,786,336 remain. Of these, 7,662 women were recently enrolled as beneficiaries of the scheme, hailing from the Niyad Nella Nar area. This raises the question: where did the 241,405 beneficiaries go within 22 months? Has the government eliminated 2,41,405 beneficiaries of the Mahatari Vandan Yojana?
