Jagdalpur. During patrolling, the Kotwali police station of Bastar district headquarters received information that a person named Harish Mandan and Vinayak Swami were running illegal betting and gambling behind Jamal Mill. On receiving the information, the accused Harish Mandan was taken into custody and during investigation, action was taken by seizing 3 betting slips and betting amount of Rs 700 from his possession. The accused Vinayak Swami was also taken into custody and action was taken by seizing 4 betting slips and betting amount of Rs 3200 from his possession.
