Amit Baghel receives a major blow from the High Court: will remain in jail until December 19th! Interim bail plea rejected, find out what the matter is?

Amit Baghel: Johar Chhattisgarh Party President Amit Baghel was produced in court by the police after his three-day remand ended. Amit Baghel had filed for interim bail, but the court, in a setback, sent him to judicial remand until December 19th. Amit Baghel had filed a petition to attend the Dashahara ceremony after his mother's death, but the court did not grant him relief.

Following his arrest, Amit Baghel, the head of the Johar Chhattisgarh Party, was sent to three days of police remand. During this time, he traveled to his village on December 6th for his mother's funeral. While in police custody, Baghel attended his mother's funeral.

Twelve FIRs have been filed against Amit Baghel
in five states for his controversial statements. Cases have been filed against him in Indore and Gwalior in Madhya Pradesh, and in Noida and Prayagraj in Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh. In Chhattisgarh, cases have been filed in Raipur-Raigarh, Durg, Surguja, Jagdalpur, and Dhamtari. The cases filed against Amit Baghel will not be clubbed, meaning he will face separate legal proceedings in each state.Amit Baghel, who was absconding for 26 days,
had made objectionable remarks about Agrasen Maharaj and Jhulelal, the patron deity of the Sindhi community. Following his controversial remarks, the Agrawal community and Sindhi community protested across the state and the country. FIRs were filed against Amit Baghel in various states, following which the Johar Chhattisgarh Party chief absconded. After being absconding for 26 days, he was about to surrender but was arrested by the police before he could do so. Following his arrest, the court sent Baghel to three days' police remand.
