A delegation of the Satnami Vikas Parishad paid a courtesy call on Chief Minister Sai.

Raipur: A delegation from the Satnami Vikas Parishad, Sarangarh , paid a  courtesy call on Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai at the Chief Minister's residence in Raipur yesterday. Skill Development Minister Guru Khuswant Saheb was also present.

The delegation invited Chief Minister Sai to attend the three-day Jayanti Guruparv-2025, organized to commemorate the 269th birth anniversary of the revered Baba Guru Ghasidas Ji, as the chief guest. He stated that a large number of devotees from the Satnami community will participate in this three-day festival, to be held on December 18, 19, and 20. This event will be a grand celebration of the community's faith, unity, and cultural heritage.

Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai gladly accepted the delegation's request and stated that the Satnami community has always enriched Chhattisgarh's social, cultural, and spiritual heritage. He added that Guru Baba Ghasidas Ji's ideals—truth, non-violence, and equality—provide moral strength and right direction to society. He expressed his privilege and honor to participate in this sacred celebration. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai praised the birth anniversary, calling it a unifying, inspiring, and guiding event.

The delegation included MLA Domanlal Korsevada, former MLA Mrs. Kerabai Manhar, Satnami Vikas Parishad President B. D. Bhardwaj, Vice President Ramesh Anant, Mrs. Bhanuprabha Jolhe, Krishna Ajgale, Tejeshwar Singh Ratre and Rohit Mahilang.
