CREDAI and Real Estate delegation pay courtesy call on Chief Minister Sai
Expressed gratitude for the abolition of the incremental system and simplification of the evaluation process
Raipur - A delegation from CREDAI, Real Estate, and the Bastar Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Jagdalpur, paid a courtesy call on Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai at his residence. It is noteworthy that, on the instructions of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai and Finance Minister OP Choudhary, a meeting of the Central Valuation Board was held yesterday, December 7, 2025, to consider suggestions, memorandums, and objections received regarding the new guideline rates, which will be implemented in the state from November 20, 2025. Several comprehensive decisions were taken at the meeting to make the registration and valuation process more transparent, simple, and public-friendly, which came into effect immediately on December 8. The delegation expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Sai for these important decisions taken by the government. Finance Minister OP Choudhary, Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap, Industry Minister Lakhan Lal Dewangan, and MLA Kiran Dev were present on the occasion.
