Raipur. New guideline rates have been implemented in Chhattisgarh from November 20, 2025. The state government issued instructions to the District Evaluation Committees that proposals for revisions to guideline rates, based on local conditions and requirements, could be submitted to the Central Evaluation Board. In accordance with these instructions, revised proposals were received from the District Evaluation Committees of Dantewada, Bijapur, Sukma, and Balrampur-Ramanujganj districts. To consider these proposals, a meeting of the Central Evaluation Board was held under the chairmanship of the Inspector General of Registration. The proposed guideline rates received from the districts were examined and discussed in detail.
After a comprehensive review, the Central Evaluation Board approved the guideline rate proposals received from the District Evaluation Committees of Dantewada, Bijapur, Sukma, and Balrampur-Ramanujganj districts. The new guideline rates approved by the Central Evaluation Board will be effective in the four districts from February 27, 2026. General public and concerned stakeholders can get information about the new rates from the concerned district registration offices and the official website of the department. Revised guideline rates for other districts will also be released soon.
