Ground picture of good governance: Minister Smt. Laxmi Rajwade's surprise visit to Silfili market, direct interaction with the public
Raipur: The government's initiatives to implement good governance in the state are now clearly visible on the ground. In this context, Women and Child Development Minister Smt. Laxmi Rajwade made a surprise visit to Silfili Bazaar in the Bhatgaon Assembly constituency of Surajpur district this morning and directly interacted with the public.
Minister Smt. Rajwade conducted a walking tour of the vegetable market and various shops in the market area, engaging in cordial conversations with traders, villagers, and women. She reached out to the people without any formality, inquiring about their well-being, and listening seriously to their daily problems. During this time, many citizens shared concerns related to local amenities, market arrangements, and other needs.
Minister Smt. Rajwade gave necessary directions to the concerned officials on the spot and directed them for quick and effective resolution of the problems. She clearly said that the problems of the common people should be resolved on priority basis and any kind of negligence in this will not be tolerated.
During the tour, Minister Smt. Rajwade also informed the citizens about various public welfare schemes of the government. She especially mentioned the schemes run for women, children and needy sections and urged the eligible beneficiaries to avail maximum benefits from them.
