Complaints received through the helpline are being addressed promptly by the concerned departments, enabling citizens to access government services in a timely, transparent, and convenient manner. In Raigarh district, the Chief Minister's Helpline is also ensuring prompt resolution of public problems.
Vishwanathan Mohan Rao and Ilyas Lomaga filed a complaint with the Chief Minister's Helpline seeking resolution to a problem related to their driving licenses. Upon receiving the complaints, the District Transport Department took prompt action on all three cases, completing the necessary procedures, and successfully resolved all complaints within the stipulated timeframe. Upon receiving their problems, the three beneficiaries expressed their satisfaction, stating that the prompt action taken on their complaints through the Chief Minister's Helpline and the timely resolution brought them great relief. They stated that this system provides citizens with access to government services in a simple, easy, and transparent manner. The beneficiaries expressed their gratitude to the Chief Minister's Helpline, the District Administration, and the Transport Department.
