Mrs. Milapa Nadeshwar said that it is a matter of great happiness for her to receive the amount under Mahatari Vandan Yojana before Rakshabandhan. With this amount, she is able to make preparations for the festival as well as fulfill the essential needs of the house. She said that this time the festival of Rakhi is special for her because the timely financial assistance has reduced the extra burden of festival preparations. She said emotionally that when she will tie the thread of love on the wrists of her brothers on Rakshabandhan, it will also be associated with the feeling of gratitude and affection towards 'Vishnu Bhaiya'.

Milapa Nadeshwar explains that the monthly funds received under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana are proving useful for her family. This fund provides financial assistance for the children
