Raipur. On the auspicious occasion of Rakshabandhan, hearing impaired children of Kopal Vani and little children of Mini Marvels School reached Lok Bhavan today and tied handmade Rakhis to Governor Ramen Deka. By tying the Rakhi, the children wished the Governor a healthy, happy and long life and also told him about the speciality of the Rakhis prepared by their own hands. After this, the children offered sweets to the Governor.

When the Rakhis made by innocent hands adorned Governor Deka's wrist, the occasion of Rakshabandhan was filled with warmth and emotion. The Governor gladly accepted the children's affection, blessed them, and encouraged them with gifts.

The joy and excitement on the children's faces upon reaching Lok Bhavan was palpable. Especially for the differently-abled children of Kopal Vani, the occasion was filled with respect, confidence, and pride. Making handmade rakhis and tying them on the Governor's wrist was a beautiful example of the children's creativity, skill, and self-reliance. This occasion also sent the message that children with disabilities are an integral part of mainstream society and deserve equal opportunities and encouragement.

Appreciating the children's talent and enthusiasm, Governor Deka said that Rakshabandhan is a festival of love, affection, and mutual trust. This heartfelt affection of the children is heartwarming. Wishing them a bright future, he said that society should make continuous efforts to encourage the talents of children with disabilities and provide them with equal opportunities for advancement.

Padma Sharma, Shraddha Sahu, and Sonia Damani, founders of Kopal Vani, were present on the occasion. Anubhuti Srivastava, director of Mini Marvels School, and other teachers were also present.
