Mukhyamantri Bijli Bill Samadhan Yojana Extended Until September

The Chief Minister announced that the deadline for the Mukhyamantri Bijli Bill Samadhan Yojana, earlier scheduled to end in June, has been extended by three months until September for the convenience of consumers. He appealed to people to take maximum advantage of the scheme, adding that the government is taking people-centric decisions to reduce the financial burden on citizens.

Highlighting the Mahtari Vandan Yojana, Shri Sai said it is a historic initiative for women’s economic empowerment. Monthly financial assistance is being directly transferred into the bank accounts of eligible women, enabling them to become self-reliant and strengthen their families’ financial security. He said empowering women is the strongest foundation for a developed Chhattisgarh.

Government Committed to Prompt Resolution of Public Grievances

Chief Minister Shri Sai said the state government is working round the clock to ensure the prompt resolution of citizens’ grievances. He said complaints are acted upon immediately and personally reviewed by him every day. More than 42,000 complaints have been successfully resolved so far, reflecting the government’s commitment to good governance.

Data-driven hyperlocal intervention program launched

The first phase will be implemented in 10 sensitive districts.

Raipur, July 2026/ A one-day workshop and training program on data-driven hyperlocal interventions was organized in Raipur today under the joint auspices of the Chhattisgarh Government's Transport Department and the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras's Centre of Excellence on Road Safety. The chief guest of the program was Mr. Kedar Kashyap, Minister of Forests, Transport, Housing and Environment, and Cooperation.

On this occasion, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Chhattisgarh Government and IIT Madras CoERS for the implementation of the program. The objective of this partnership is to reduce road accidents in the state through a scientific and data-driven approach. Officials were told at the workshop that by analyzing road accident data, black spots and accident-prone areas will be identified, hyperlocal road safety measures and low-cost engineering interventions will be implemented. Evidence-based decisions will be taken by timely identifying black spots through the 'Sanjay' platform.

In the first phase, 10 districts in the state have been identified as the most vulnerable to road accidents. In these districts, officials from the district administration, police, transport, and public works departments will receive phased training. Following the training, a data-based road safety action plan will be developed for each district, tailored to local conditions.

Transport Minister Shri Kedar Kashyap said that every road accident is an irreparable loss for a family. The state government's goal is not only to reduce the number of accidents, but also to develop a safe road system that allows every citizen to reach their home safely. This initiative is an important step towards building a safe Chhattisgarh.

Transport Department Secretary Mr. S. Prakash said that the Sanjay platform will enable scientific identification of accident-prone sites and timely intervention. He called on all departments to make coordinated efforts to make Chhattisgarh accident-free.

The workshop was attended by the Collectors, SPs, RTOs, DTOs, District Road Safety Managers of NIC and Nodal Officers of District Road Safety Committees of the selected 10 districts. Transport department officials said that data-based planning and prompt intervention will effectively reduce road accidents and fatalities.

Rule of law prevails in Chhattisgarh, no one is afraid of threats from Congress leaders.

Raipur. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Arun Sao said today that the attitude adopted by the Congress party during the BJP's siege of the state Congress office was very unfortunate. It is unclear in which direction the Congress party is headed; in desperation at being out of power, it has resorted to misconduct.

The law is equal for all. Everyone should behave according to the law. But it is unfortunate that Congress neither respects the Constitution nor the law. Raipur: Chief Secretary Vikassheel chaired a Collector's Conference on the Progress of the Har Ghar Nal (Jal Jeevan Mission) at the Mahanadi Bhawan Mantralaya. A detailed review of the progress of the Har Ghar Nal (Jal Jeevan Mission) was held today via video conferencing with the Collectors of all districts of the state. The Chief Secretary stated that the Jal Jeevan Mission was launched by the Government of India in 2019 with the aim of providing clean drinking water through taps to every household in all areas. He added that the state's goal is to provide safe and quality drinking water to every family. He stated that this scheme will save time for women, reduce waterborne diseases, and promote solid and liquid waste management.
The
Chief Secretary directed all Collectors to prepare a clear action plan in each district, working in mission mode. He urged the active participation of Gram Panchayats to ensure effective implementation of the scheme. The Chief Secretary asked the Collectors to review the progress of the Jal Jeevan Mission every month. In the meeting, the Chief Secretary reviewed the payments for completed and transferred projects and directed that physical verification of completed projects be conducted by August 31st to ensure payment. Unfinished projects should be completed by December 31st at all costs. He said that 100% physical verification of all projects should be conducted. He also urged action against contractors who are negligent in their work.

Prepare an action plan to develop water resource conservation and recharge systems.
The Chief Secretary directed that District Collectors ensure timely payment of running bills so that construction work is not disrupted. The Chief Secretary directed that the projects be completed by making necessary financial arrangements from VB-G Ram Ji and local resources, District Mineral Fund (DMF), MP Fund, MLA Fund, CSR, and other available sources. He also directed each district to assess water sources and identify new sources, develop water resource conservation and recharge systems, and prepare an action plan for the conservation of each source. He said that for projects where it is not possible to provide drinking water from the existing source, alternative sources should be identified and immediate action should be taken. Rural areas cannot be deprived of clean drinking water. The progress of solar-based tap water schemes was also reviewed in the meeting. The Chief Secretary directed that a proper reconciliation of approved funds and expenditures should be done by conducting a scheme-wise analysis.
Regular monitoring of Jal Jeevan Mission
Chief Secretary Shri Vikassheel has directed each district to set a new target for tap water for every household and to ensure 100% tap water coverage by considering villages as units and to hold regular monthly meetings of the District Water and Sanitation Committee. He said that the proceedings of each meeting should be uploaded on the departmental portal on time and regular monitoring of Jal Jeevan Mission should be ensured. He said that all the collectors should work in mission mode with clear assessment, better planning and effective coordination so that tap water can be made available to every family of the state in a timely manner. According to information received, the husband of Mrs. Munika Bai Vishwakarma, a resident of village Jharan (Masarighat), Post Ghumra, Tehsil Tapkara, District Jashpur, died untimely due to lightning. After receiving no compensation for a long time, she submitted an application to the Chief Minister's Camp Office, Bagiya, seeking assistance. Upon receiving the application, the Chief Minister's Camp Office took the matter seriously and directed the concerned department to take immediate necessary action. Following this, the administration examined the case, completed the necessary procedures, and ensured the payment of ₹4 lakh in the applicant's bank account. Upon receiving the financial assistance, Mrs. Munika Bai Vishwakarma and her family expressed their gratitude to Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, saying that the prompt action of the Chief Minister's Camp Office had resolved their long-standing problem. Raipur. Chhattisgarh is moving forward towards selecting its first state butterfly. The Forest and Climate Change Department has sought suggestions from the people of the state through online voting. Citizens can vote for the butterfly of their choice through a Google form until August 31st, 2026.

This process, initiated at the initiative of Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap, aims to promote the conservation of the state's rich biodiversity and butterflies. He appealed to the people of the state to participate in this campaign in large numbers. He stated that conservation of biodiversity and wildlife is not only the responsibility of the government, but also of every citizen. Selecting the state butterfly through public participation will increase public awareness of nature and wildlife conservation.
Three butterfly species in the running:
The expert committee formed to select the state butterfly has selected three butterfly species based on scientific and ecological criteria. These include the Common Banded Peacock, Orange Oakleaf, and Spotted Swordtail. These butterfly species were selected based on various criteria, including their availability in the state, ecological importance, conservation value, distinctiveness, ease of identification, and public appeal.
The final selection will be based on public opinion and expert recommendations.
The Forest Department has initiated an online voting process to solicit citizens' opinions. Every citizen of the state can vote for the butterfly of their choice. Based on the public opinion gathered and the recommendations of the expert committee, a final proposal for the selection of the state butterfly will be prepared. 00 Experts shared their experiences in the state level workshop, pledged for a drug-free society and respect for senior citizens
Raipur. A state level workshop on the subject of building a smooth and strong care economy was organized in Raipur by the Social Welfare Department, Chhattisgarh Government. The workshop was inaugurated under the chief hospitality of Women and Child Development and Social Welfare Minister Smt. Laxmi Rajwade. On this occasion, Secretary of Social Welfare Department Smt. Shehla Nigar, Director Shri Ranveer Sharma, State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities Shri Ramjivan Devangan along with senior officers of various departments, subject experts, representatives of development supporting organizations and a large number of participants were present.

In her address, Minister Laxmi Rajwade stated that the care economy is not just about social welfare, but a fundamental requirement for a developed India and a developed Chhattisgarh. She added that creating a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment for the elderly, the disabled, women, and children is the need of the hour. Investment in the care sector increases employment opportunities, empowers women's participation, and makes society more sensitive and inclusive. She stated that, in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's commitment to a developed India by 2047 and under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, the state government is effectively implementing schemes related to social security, disabled welfare, elderly services, rehabilitation, skill development, and women and child development. She called on all departments to work with a spirit of convergence to build a strong care economy.

During the program, guests and participants took a collective pledge to build a drug-free society, respect and care for senior citizens, and support the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan. They also pledged to be sensitive to the elderly, ensure their dignity, safety, and health, and play an active role in fostering a positive social environment.
During the workshop's technical sessions, Dr. A.C. Reddy of the National Institute of Social Defence delivered a lecture on the central role of the care economy in building a developed India. Mr. Basavaraju S., Secretary, Department of Skill Development, Technical Education, and Employment, shared his views on the employment opportunities in the care economy. Dr. Smit Srivastava, a senior cardiologist from Raipur, provided insights into the care economy model and the importance of nutrition for senior citizens. A UNICEF expert presented on child care and protection, while representatives from HelpAge India discussed the current status and future prospects of geriatric care in the state.

Additionally, experts from Rights and Inclusion India, Tata Trusts, SOS Children's Village, State Health Resource Centre, Labour Department, and others shared their experiences on topics such as rehabilitation of persons with disabilities, the role of self-help groups, mental health, social security, skill development, digital care models, and community participation. Participants were divided into thematic groups during the workshop to develop suggestions for strengthening the care economy in the state. Recommendations received through group presentations were discussed and will be incorporated into the department's future policies and action plans

In the program, Minister Smt. Laxmi Rajwade expressed confidence that the suggestions received from the workshop will prove to be an important basis in building a strong, inclusive, sensitive and employment-oriented care economy in Chhattisgarh and will help in establishing the state among the leading states of the country in this field.

Raipur . During the Monsoon Session of Parliament, Brijmohan Agrawal, senior Member of Parliament from Raipur Lok Sabha constituency, raised an important issue in the Lok Sabha regarding the ration entitlement of migrant labourers, tribal families and poor beneficiaries of the country and Chhattisgarh in particular. Mr. Agrawal drew the government's attention to biometric failures in electronic point of sale (e-POS) machines, server delays, and the need for alternative means such as IRIS scanners and offline smart-tokens. He sought answers to the practical problems faced during ration card portability, especially in remote tribal areas of Chhattisgarh.

Central Government's clarification and instructions given Minister of State for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Nimuben Jayantibhai Bambhaniya informed that, the government clarified that apart from fingerprint, several options like multi-finger, IRIS (iris) and Aadhaar OTP have been made available under the Public Distribution System (PDS). If the biometric of any one member of the family does not match, any other eligible member linked to the card can authenticate and get the ration. Apart from this, the facility of 'nominee' has also been provided for special circumstances. Along with this, to overcome the problem of internet connectivity, e-POS machines have also been made functional in offline mode, so that distribution does not stop even in the absence of network.

The central government has issued clear instructions to all states and union territories, including Chhattisgarh, that no genuine poor or tribal beneficiary will be deprived of their quota of food grains due to network issues or weak biometrics. MP Brijmohan Agrawal said, "In remote areas of Chhattisgarh, such as Bastar and Surguja, our tribal brothers and sisters and migrant workers who go out to work faced difficulties in receiving rations due to biometrics not matching or network server downtime. Keeping this public concern in mind, we raised this issue in Parliament. The central government's response that rations cannot be withheld due to technical reasons is extremely reassuring. We will ensure that these rules are strictly followed at the ground level, and that every eligible poor and worker in Chhattisgarh receives their full ration easily."

Raipur. The monsoon is fully active in Chhattisgarh, and heavy rain is continuously falling in most parts of the state. Heavy rain throughout the day on Wednesday in several districts, including the capital Raipur, brought pleasant weather, but waterlogging and traffic disruptions were reported in many areas. According to the Meteorological Department, heavy to very heavy rain is expected in the state for the next two days due to a strong system formed in the Bay of Bengal.

A heavy rain alert has been issued for Korba, Raigarh, Bilaspur, Janjgir-Champa, Jashpur, Kabirdham, Mungeli, Korea, Surajpur, Balrampur, and Gorella-Pendra-Marwahi today. Surajpur recorded the highest rainfall of 190 mm in the last 24 hours, while Ambikapur recorded 100 mm and Raipur 80 mm.

Sarangarh tops the state with the highest rainfall of 613 mm so far this monsoon season. Mungeli, Janjgir, and Bilaspur also received above-normal rainfall. Despite this, 11 districts in the state still recorded below-normal rainfall. The Meteorological Department has urged people to remain vigilant, avoid unnecessary travel, and exercise special caution around rivers and streams.

Kondagaon. Greek Chand Patel, a progressive farmer from Kumharpara in the tribal-dominated district, has made farming more profitable by leveraging modern agricultural techniques and government schemes. Combining traditional rice cultivation with vegetable production and the use of nano-fertilizers has significantly increased his yield and income.

Greek Chand Patel cultivates both Kharif and Rabi seasons. He receives financial assistance through his Kisan Credit Card (KCC) to purchase fertilizers, seeds, and other agricultural inputs. Funds from the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PM-KISAN) are also proving helpful in arranging the necessary resources for farming.

He has begun using nano-fertilizers in farming, which deliver nutrients to plants more effectively. He says that the use of nano-fertilizers has improved both crop quality and yield.

Along with cultivating rice, they also produce seasonal vegetables. Crop diversification provides them with opportunities for additional income throughout the year. By cultivating different crops according to market demand, they are continuously increasing their income. Furthermore, by prioritizing the use of organic fertilizers over chemical fertilizers, they are promoting sustainable and environmentally friendly farming.

Grek Chand Patel's success is an example of how farmers can significantly increase their productivity and income by adopting modern agricultural techniques, government schemes and crop diversification.

Jashpurnagar. Under the direction of Collector Rohit Vyas and guidance of District Panchayat Chief Executive Officer Abhishek Kumar, a campaign for scientific animal husbandry training for animal friends is being conducted in the district under Chhattisgarh State Rural Livelihood Mission Bihan. 

In this sequence, a one-day scientific animal husbandry training program was held for animal friends on Tuesday at the Kunkuri District Panchayat campus. The training program was conducted under the guidance of the District Program Manager (Livelihood), Chhattisgarh State Rural Livelihood Mission, Jashpur District. Animal Husbandry Department officials and experts provided practical and technical information about modern and scientific animal husbandry to the animal friends through technical sessions.

Scientific animal husbandry will be promoted in villages: 

The objective of the training is to prepare Pashu Sakhis as skilled community resource persons at the village level, so that they can play an important role in increasing the productivity of livestock and increasing the income of rural livestock farmers by connecting them with the new techniques of scientific animal husbandry. Experts said that by adopting scientific methods, goat rearing and poultry farming can be made a strong and sustainable source of income for rural families. They asked Pashu Sakhis to make the livestock farmers in their respective villages aware of modern techniques and motivate them for better animal husbandry.

Detailed information is provided from disease management to entrepreneurship:

During the training, detailed information was provided on important topics such as timely identification of animal diseases, regular vaccination, deworming, balanced and nutritious diet management, green fodder production, clean animal housing, breed improvement, care of pregnant and newborn animals, increasing production capacity and disease prevention. Along with this, the animal friends were also trained on animal husbandry-based entrepreneurship, preparing business plans and developing goat and poultry farming as profitable businesses with limited resources.

Distribution of training materials: 

During the program, all animal companions were distributed a scientific goat rearing training guide and an annual animal husbandry calendar. Experts explained that this calendar provides a practical guide for animal farmers regarding essential tasks to be performed throughout the year, enabling timely vaccination, deworming, feed management, and other activities to be implemented effectively.

Training campaign will continue in all development blocks:

Under the Rural Livelihood Mission (Bihan), scientific animal husbandry training is being conducted in a phased manner in all eight development blocks of the district. The objective is to develop the capacity of animal companions and enable them to promote animal husbandry-based livelihoods in rural areas. The department believes that this initiative will promote scientific animal husbandry, increase livestock productivity, and ensure a sustainable increase in the income of rural families.

Fertilizer subcommittee to be formed for farmers

Raipur. Mrs. Sumni Kashyap, a resident of Chhindgaon village, dependent on Gram Panchayat Kohkapal under Bakawand block of Bastar district, has today emerged as a new symbol of inspiration for rural women. Sumni, who was once confined to traditional farming, has established a successful business of cement brick manufacturing with her hard work, wisdom and the support of the self-help group. After joining the self-help group, she came to know about the increasing demand for bricks for the Prime Minister's Housing Scheme and other construction works in the village and surrounding areas, which inspired her to start this industry.

To start this business, a seed capital of ₹5 lakh was provided by the cluster organization under the 'Non-Farm' (non-agricultural livelihood activity) component of the National Rural Livelihood Mission. Along with this assistance, Sumni invested an additional ₹1.5 lakh through herself and her group. After arranging machinery, sheds, and flooring at a total cost of over ₹6.5 lakh, cement brick production formally began last April. Raw materials like dust and gravel, required for brick making, are readily available from the Jagdalpur and Balenga areas. Due to the high volume of housing construction in the area, the demand for Sumni's bricks is so high that customers come directly to the construction site to pick them up as soon as they are ready. She has sold 20 trolleys of bricks in just three months.

Having become financially independent, Sumni Kashyap is now able to shape her children's futures for a better future. Her eldest daughter, after completing her 12th grade, is pursuing a computer course in Jagdalpur and preparing for the Agricultural Entrance Test (PAT). Her two younger sons are in seventh and fifth grades, respectively. Sharing her success, Sumni says that working as a gender master in a self-help group for a salary of 5,000 rupees, and her excellent work ethic, earned her the opportunity to travel to Delhi and gain recognition. After farming, running a shop, and fish farming, Sumni Kashyap, who has now become self-reliant through cement brick manufacturing, demonstrates that given the right guidance and opportunities, rural women can become a strong pillar of the economy.

The Governor was interacting with trainee Deputy Collectors of the 2025 batch of the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission at Lok Bhavan today. These officers are currently undergoing training at the Chhattisgarh Administrative Academy, Nimora. Led by the Academy's Director General, Mr. T.C. Mahawar, the trainee officers paid a courtesy call on the Governor.

The Governor stated that administrative decisions must incorporate human sensibilities. He told officials that a human touch is essential in every task so that the benefits of government schemes and decisions can truly reach ordinary citizens. He urged officials to regularly communicate with the public, regularly visit the area, and understand the people's problems firsthand. He urged them to prioritize any work that is feasible, and if, for some reason, a task is not possible, provide clear and transparent information to the concerned person. This strengthens people's trust in the administration.

The Governor stated that logical thinking and prudent conclusions are essential for administrative officers. Making impartial decisions based on facts is the hallmark of a competent officer. He stated that providing justice to the public is the primary duty of a public servant, and every officer should work with this spirit.
He told the trainee officers that they are young and have a significant responsibility for the future of the administration. They must strengthen good governance, transparency, and public trust through their actions. The Governor said that all of you are fortunate to have the opportunity to serve in a peaceful, prosperous, and culturally rich state like Chhattisgarh. The people here have a strong sense of service, cooperation, and affinity. Maintaining this trust and affinity while meeting the expectations of the public will be the hallmark of a successful administrative officer.

On this occasion, Training Director of Chhattisgarh Administrative Academy, Mrs. Maneka Pradhan and trainee officers were present.

With the technical support of UNICEF, all the concerned departments will jointly prepare an effective action plan.

Healthy mothers and healthy children are the strongest foundation of a developed Chhattisgarh – Chief Minister Shri Sai

Raipur, July 22, 2026: Ms. Cynthia McCaffrey, UNICEF Representative in India, paid a courtesy call on Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai today at the Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhawan. During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on maternal and child health, malnutrition eradication, and overall development of children. Chief Minister Shri Sai stated that the state government is giving top priority to maternal and child health and child nutrition, and coordinated efforts by all departments are essential for lasting improvement in these areas.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai said that healthy mothers and healthy children are the strongest foundation of a developed Chhattisgarh. He urged all relevant departments, including Health and Family Welfare, Women and Child Development, Panchayat and Rural Development, and Tribal Development, to develop a coordinated and result-oriented action plan, with the technical support of UNICEF, to reduce infant mortality, maternal mortality, and malnutrition. The Chief Minister stated that the impact of schemes will be enhanced only when various departments work with a common goal and coordinated approach. He urged officials to develop a multi-sectoral strategy that effectively reaches the last person and ensures qualitative improvement in children's nutrition levels.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai warmly welcomed Ms. Cynthia McCaffrey by presenting her with a shawl and a "Nandi," a symbol of Chhattisgarh's cultural identity. Ms. McCaffrey also presented the Chief Minister with a special commemorative stamp issued by the Indian Postal Department to mark UNICEF's 75th anniversary in India.

UNICEF's India Representative, Ms. Cynthia McCaffrey, greeted the Chief Minister with "Jai Johar." She said that Chhattisgarh is a state of natural beauty, rich culture, and simple people. She explained that UNICEF has long been working with the state government in the fields of maternal and child health, nutrition, and child protection. She expressed confidence that the joint efforts of the state government and UNICEF will ensure a safer, healthier, and more prosperous future for the state's children.

Raipur, July 22, 2026/ Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai on Tuesday emphasized the need for a coordinated, multi-sectoral strategy to strengthen maternal and child health and eliminate malnutrition in Chhattisgarh. During a courtesy meeting with UNICEF India Representative Ms Cynthia McCaffrey at Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, Chief Minister Shri Sai held detailed discussions on maternal and child health, nutrition, and the holistic development of children.

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai said the State Government has accorded the highest priority to maternal and child health as well as child nutrition, stressing that lasting improvements in these sectors would require close coordination among all concerned departments.

Emphasising that “healthy mothers and healthy children are the strongest foundation of a developed Chhattisgarh,” Shri Sai directed the Departments of Health and Family Welfare, Women and Child Development, Panchayat and Rural Development, Tribal Development, and other related departments to jointly prepare an integrated, result-oriented action plan with UNICEF’s technical support. The initiative aims to bring down the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR), Maternal Mortality Ratio (MMR), and malnutrition across the State.

Chief Minister Shri Sai observed that the impact of government schemes would increase significantly only when departments work with shared objectives and a coordinated implementation mechanism. He instructed officials to formulate a comprehensive multi-sectoral strategy to ensure that health and nutrition programmes effectively reach the last mile and bring about measurable improvements in children’s nutritional status.

On the occasion, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai warmly welcomed Ms Cynthia McCaffrey by presenting her with a traditional shawl and a symbolic ‘Nandi’, representing the rich cultural heritage of Chhattisgarh. In return, Ms McCaffrey presented the Chief Minister with a special commemorative postage stamp issued by the Department of Posts to mark 75 years of UNICEF’s presence in India.

Greeting the Chief Minister with “Jai Johar,” Ms Cynthia McCaffrey described Chhattisgarh as a State known for its natural beauty, rich cultural heritage, and warm, simple people. She noted that UNICEF has been working closely with the State Government for many years in the areas of maternal and child health, nutrition, and child protection. Expressing confidence in the partnership, she said the joint efforts of the State Government and UNICEF would help create a safer, healthier, and more prosperous future for the children of Chhattisgarh.

Raipur: Chief Lokayukta Mr. Inder Singh Uboweja met Governor Mr. Ramen Deka at Lok Bhavan here today. He briefed the Governor on the activities of the Chhattisgarh Lokayukta and presented the commission's annual report for the year 2025-26.

On this occasion, Secretary of Chhattisgarh Public Commission, Mr. Deepak Agarwal, Deputy Secretary, Ms. Chitralekha Sonwani, Legal Advisor, Mr. Ajit Kumar Rajbhanu and other officers of the Commission were present.
