Raipur, 08 June 2025/ Under the leadership of Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, the two-day Chintan Shivir 2.0 was inaugurated today at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Nava Raipur.Deputy Chief Minister Arun Saw, Vijay Sharma, cabinet members, MPs, MLAs and intellectuals participated in this camp organized in collaboration with the Department of Good Governance and Convergence and IIM Raipur.

The platform aims to enhance administrative efficiency, strengthen inter-sectoral coordination and develop transformative approaches for public welfare.In his address, the Chief Minister said that this camp is a unique opportunity for introspection and exchange of knowledge, which will take Chhattisgarh to new dimensions of good governance. Mr Sai said over 350 administrative reforms have been carried out in one and a half years, including e-office system which has ensured accountability and transparency by eliminating manual piles of files.Now files move online, and every work has a fixed time limit, which has eliminated the scope for corruption.

Celebrating the silver jubilee year of Chhattisgarh as Atal Nirman Year, the Chief Minister paid tribute to former Prime Minister Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee.He said that the main objective of this year is to implement Atal Ji's principles of good governance on the ground. The registry process has been simplified by adopting digital governance, in which now registry and automatic transfer is being done within minutes sitting at home.This technological innovation is a revolutionary step towards eliminating corruption.

Single Window System 2.0 and Ease of Doing Business under the new Industrial Policy have encouraged investments.In view of the immense potential of the core sector in Chhattisgarh, which is rich in mineral resources, special grants have been arranged. By giving tourism the status of an industry and starting grants for homestay entrepreneurs, natural beauty is being converted into economic opportunities.

The Chief Minister was addressing the four-day National Mango Festival organized at the Krishi Mandapam of Indira Gandhi Agricultural University in the capital Raipur today.He officially inaugurated the festival. Chief Minister Shri Sai said that such festivals will encourage farmers cultivating fruits and horticultural crops.

Raipur 07 June 2025: The positive results of the rationalization campaign being run across the state by the Chhattisgarh government with the aim of improving the quality of education and ensuring availability of teachers in schools are now clearly visible.This campaign, implemented under the guidance of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, has given rise to new hopes in the field of education, especially in tribal-dominated and remote rural areas.

Two such primary schools of Farasbahar development block, Raigarmunda and Mundadih, which were without teachers for years,Now, under the rationalization process, two regular teachers have been posted here. The appointment of two teachers in Raigarmunda school, which is itself located in Kunkuri, the constituency of Chief Minister Shri Sai, has completely changed the environment towards education in the village.Earlier, the school was running only on the basis of teachers, and the attendance of children was negligible. Now, new confidence has been awakened in the parents here and they are again coming forward to enroll their children in the local school.Similarly, in the primary school of Mundadih, teaching work was almost at a standstill due to the absence of teachers for a long time. The villagers were apprehensive that the future of their children might become dark. But now with the posting of regular teachers, studies will be resumed in the school.The chairman of the school management committee and the villagers gave a warm welcome to the teachers on their arrival and expressed their gratitude to the government.

Villager Mrs. Shanti Chauhan, whose daughter studies in class V,She emotionally tells us that now we are sure that our children will also be able to become something after studying. Teachers have come, this is a big gift for us.On this positive change, Hon'ble Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai said that it is the commitment of our government to give top priority to education. I myself saw that many schools were without teachers, especially in remote areas.Therefore, we implemented the rationalization process with complete transparency. It was ensured that teachers were deployed wherever needed. The positive change that is taking place in the Farasbahar area of Jashpur is proof of the success of this policy.This is not just an administrative process, but an effort towards shaping the future of our children.

Chief Minister Shri Sai also said that the government is trying to ensure that the required number of teachers is available in all the primary and secondary schools of the state by the next academic session.

Raipur 7 June 2025/Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation, Shri Amit Shah, met officers who played a key role in recent anti-Naxal operations in New Delhi today, congratulating them on the historic success of these operations. He said that the Modi government is committed to freeing India from the menace of Naxalism.

In a post on X, Union Home Minister said, "Met the officers who played a crucial role in the recent anti-Naxal operations and congratulated them on the historic success of these operations. I am eager to meet the brave jawans who made these operations successful with their courage and will soon visit Chhattisgarh to meet them. The Modi government is committed to freeing India from the menace of Naxalism."

It is noteworthy that under the guidance of the Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation, security forces have been conducting anti-Naxal operations in Chhattisgarh. As part of these efforts, an operation was carried out by the Chhattisgarh Police (including DRG units from Narayanpur, Dantewada, Kondagaon, and Bijapur districts) in the interior areas of Abujhmad from 18.05.2025 to 21.05.2025. On 21.05.2025, an encounter in the forests of Boter village resulted in the elimination of 27 Naxals, including CPI (Maoist) General Secretary and Polit Bureau member Basavaraju alias Gaganna, along with the recovery of a large quantity of arms and ammunition.

The officers involved in this operation, including Chhattisgarh Director General of Police Shri Arun Dev Gautam, Additional Director General of Police (Anti-Naxal Operations/SIB/STF) Shri Vivekanand, Inspector General of Police (Bastar Range) Shri Sundarraj, Superintendent of Police (Narayanpur) Shri Prabhat Kumar, Superintendent of Police (Bijapur) Shri Jitendra Yadav, and Superintendent of Police (Naxal-free Bastar District) Shri Shalabh Singh, were honored by Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah. The event was attended by Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, Deputy Chief Minister Shri Vijay Kumar Sharma, Union Home Secretary Shri Govind Mohan, Director of the Intelligence Bureau Shri Tapan Deka, and several other senior officials.

Jashpur: A review meeting of Ayushman Card was held today in the Collectorate auditorium by the Chief Medical Officer and Ayushman Card OIC.In which instructions were given by the Sector Supervisor to do daily review of all RHOs and CHOs for making Ayushman cards of the left out beneficiaries.

During this it was told that the data of those beneficiaries who have died or are out of the village for a long time has to be collected by verifying them through the secretary. Instructions have been given to make 100% cards by June 30.Nodal Officer Ayushman Bharat, District Project Coordinator Ayushman Bharat, all Block Program Managers NHM and Sector Supervisor Health were present in the meeting.

Jashpur: Regarding rationalization, today Additional Collector Pradeep Kumar Sahu organized a press conference in the Collectorate auditorium and resolved all the doubts and explained how rationalization is a decision taken by the government to strengthen the education system.

Giving information, the Additional Collector said that rationalization of schools and teachers is being done to make the education system in the district better and inclusive. In urban areas, there are more teachers posted than students, while the situation is the opposite in schools in rural and remote areas.There is a shortage of teachers there, due to which educational activities are getting affected and the exam results of students are also getting affected. With the aim of improving this situation, the step of rationalization has been taken by the state government.This will make teachers available in schools where teachers are needed. Subject experts in subjects like mathematics, chemistry, physics and biology will be available in rural areas. Children will get good education, better educational environment and better facilities.Overall, it is being ensured that the student-teacher ratio is balanced in schools through rationalization. He informed that rationalization of teachers and schools is being done in accordance with the guidelines of the Right to Education Act-2009 and National Education Policy-2020.

Explaining the benefits of rationalization, he said that students will be relieved from repeated admissions, dropout rate will decrease. There will be administrative rigor in schools of the same campus. Availability of expert teachers will increase.Specialist teachers will be available for remedial education for students of lower classes. Better infrastructure can be developed for the future. Uniformity in the level of education will be promoted.While giving information about the vacant posts, surplus teachers and adjustment in schools under counselling under rationalisation, he said that in the counselling process held on June 2, the total number of surplus posts in the Head Teacher Primary School was 01 and information about 17 vacant posts was received.On which posting order of 1 Head Teacher has been issued by the department, information has been sent to the division for further action for the remaining 16 posts. Similarly, the total number of surplus posts in Head Teacher Primary School was 33 and information about 60 vacant posts was received.

On which the posting order of 33 Head Teachers has been issued by the department, action will be taken as per instructions for the remaining 27 vacant posts. The total number of surplus posts of lecturer was 191 and information of 237 vacant posts was received. On which the posting order of 151 lecturers has been issued by the department.While sending 40 surplus posts to the division for further action, information about 86 vacant posts has also been sent to the divisional level. Due to non-availability of subject explanation as per the vacant posts, all the vacant posts could not be filled. Information about which has also been given to the division.

Collector Rohit Vyas has approved financial assistance grant of Rs. 8 lakh under RBC 6-4 for the affected family members in two cases of loss of life in natural disaster.In which, after the death of Kaushalya Bai, a resident of village Pirai under Bagicha Tehsil, due to drowning in the water of the pond on 13 August 2024, financial assistance grant amount of Rs 4 lakh has been approved for the nearest heir of the deceased, the husband of the deceased, Shravan Kumar Say.

Jashpur : As per the guidelines of Collector Shri Rohit Vyas, awareness saturation camps will be organized from 16 to 30 June 2025 for 100% saturation of 25 activities in 417 villages selected for the implementation of Dharti Aba Janjati Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan Yojana.Collector Shri Vyas has directed the concerned department heads of the district to present the information by doing cross-analysis of their respective departmental activities of 25 activities in 417 villages from 05 to 14 June 2025.

Collector Mr. Rohit Vyas held a review meeting of the officials of Public Works Department, Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, Chief Minister Gram Sadak Yojana and Bridge Construction Department in the Collectorate hall on Tuesday.In the meeting, he instructed to complete the construction works being carried out by the department within the time limit while paying special attention to quality. 

The collector directed the Public Works Department to complete the school construction works before the rains,So that children do not face any inconvenience in studies. Similarly, the collector told the officials of PMGSY, MMGSY and Bridge Construction Department during the review of the construction works being carried out by their department that the people living in remote areas will benefit from the construction of road access.And it will also be easy to carry out development works. Keeping this in mind, complete the works within the time limit. Executive Engineer of Public Works Department Division Pathalgaon Mr. Mochan Kashyap, Executive Engineer of PMGSY Mr. R.K. Rathia and other officers were present in the meeting.

Jashpur Nagar. On the initiative of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, development work is being carried out rapidly in the district. This has started changing the picture of the district. With the approval of infrastructure construction works being received continuously and the pace of construction work gaining momentum, remote areas are getting connected to the main access road.

This is making it easier to carry out development works. In this series, a 120 meter high level bridge and approach road will be constructed on the Ib river on the Kunkuri-Ranpur road of Jashpur. Administrative approval has been received for the construction of this bridge to be built at a cost of 4 crore, 86 lakh, 85 thousand.

More than 10,500 residents of 8 villages will benefit from the construction of the bridge

With the construction of this bridge, more than 10,500 residents of 8 villages will benefit from it. Villagers will get relief from the inconvenience during rainy days and development work will gain momentum. Government schemes will also be able to run easily during rainy days.With the construction of the bridge, students will be able to easily go to school and college during the rainy season. Ambulances will have easy access in case of emergency. This will enable patients to get timely treatment. The crops produced by farmers will be able to reach the market easily even during the rainy season And even the strong flow of the river will not hinder the access to ration materials and other essential items.

Raipur : The district administration has registered an FIR against Jainam Construction, Bajarpara Geedam, District Dantewada, in the case of non-compliance of the prescribed standards in the construction work of 12 smart Anganwadi centers under the BSP CSR scheme in Narayanpur district and misuse of government funds.For the construction of smart Anganwadi centres, Jainam Construction, Bazarpara Geedam, District Dantewada was sanctioned a total amount of Rs 1 crore 80 lakh at the rate of Rs 15 lakh for each centre.

An advance amount of Rs 1 crore 39 lakh was given to the concerned firm for the construction work. However, on receiving complaints regarding the quality of work, an inquiry committee was constituted as per the instructions of Collector Narayanpur Pratishtha Mamgain.The investigation report submitted by the committee confirmed serious irregularities in the construction work and misuse of government funds. Jainam Construction did not follow the prescribed standards in the construction work and misused government funds.On the basis of the above facts, an FIR has been lodged against Jainam Construction, Bazarpara Geedam, District Dantewada. Collector Pratishtha Mamgain has said that negligence and corruption in government schemes will not be tolerated under any circumstances and strict action will be taken against the culprits.

It is worth mentioning that administrative approval of Rs. 1 crore 80 lakh was received for the construction of Smart Anganwadi. Tenders were invited for the said work, in which Jainam Construction, Bazarpara Geedam, District Dantewada was appointed as the implementing agency after quoting the lowest rate.

Raipur : Trainee officers of Indian Administrative Service 2024 batch paid a courtesy call on Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai today at Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhawan in Nava Raipur.Additional Chief Secretary and Director General of Chhattisgarh Administration Academy Nimora, Subrat Sahu informed Chief Minister Shri Sai that five officers of Indian Administrative Service 2024, Fadtare Aniket Ashok, Arvind Kumaran T., Akshay Dosi, Kshitij Gurbhele and Vipin Dubey have got Chhattisgarh cadre.

These officers are being trained at Chhattisgarh Administration Academy Nimora from 28 April to 20 June. After this, they will be posted as Assistant Collector in Jashpur, Bilaspur, Raigarh, Korba and Bastar districts.Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai congratulated and wished the trainee officers and inquired from them about their training and Chhattisgarh's experiences. The Chief Minister told the officers that you are starting your career in Chhattisgarh at such a time,When a lot of positive changes are happening here. In the last one and a half years, a lot of good work has been done in every field in Chhattisgarh. Especially, the image of Chhattisgarh as a Naxal-affected state is now changing. Soon Chhattisgarh will be Naxal-free.

Jashpur 3 June 25 / Collector Mr. Rohit Vyas reviewed important schemes including MNREGA, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, National Rural Livelihood Mission, Swachh Bharat Mission with all the district CEOs in the Collectorate hall on Tuesday.

He said that Jashpur is a Scheduled Caste dominated district and instructions have been given to form as many groups as possible to connect people with self-employment here.

He took information about the activities of National Rural Livelihood Mission from the Block BPM and asked to form groups in all the Gram Panchayats.

The collector has asked the BPMs of Bagicha, Jashpur, Kunkuri, Kansabel to add the people left out from the self-help groups. He said that self-help groups should be formed by taking a gram panchayat-wise list and instructions have been given to add other family members.

The sisters of the self-help group have been asked to be made Lakhpati sisters by giving them training as per the current demand of work and their interest.

The collector has given instructions to pay the workers on time while reviewing the works of MNREGA. He has been asked to make an action plan for planting saplings.

Jashpurnagar: A meeting of the Road Safety Committee was organised in the district office meeting hall under the chairmanship of Collector Rohit Vyas and SSP Shashi Mohan Singh.Expressing his concern over road accidents, the Collector directed to run a comprehensive traffic awareness campaign in the district to make the roads safe.While giving instructions to follow the safety standards in driving, he said that it should be ensured that four-wheeler drivers wear seat belts and two-wheeler drivers wear helmets.He also directed to take action against employees coming to all government offices and departments including district office and police office without helmet.

The collector said that it is unfortunate for anyone to lose their life in a road accident. Because every life is precious, if every person follows traffic rules then many precious lives can be saved. He said that people should be encouraged to wear helmets and seat belts for the benefit of their family, friends and loved ones.

Jashpur : As per the instructions of the Collector and under the guidance of the Chief Executive Officer District Panchayat, training is being organized in a phased manner from 02 to 06 June 2025 for water conservation, preparation of village level water security schemes and capacity building of village water committees under the More Village More Water Campaign in the district.This is proving to be a meaningful initiative towards promoting public participation in the district regarding water conservation.

In this connection, training programs were organized today in Sahidand, Patratoli, Bataikela and Sureshpur villages of the district.In this campaign, training was organised in cluster Kastura of DuldulaCluster Kansabel of District Panchayat Kansabel, District Panchayat Kunkuri Village Cluster Narayanpur, Cluster Bumatel of District Panchayat Manora, district panchayat, Dumrabahar, Kharkatta, Kilkila and Gharjiabathan clusters of Pathalgav district panchayat.In which technical support was provided by MNREGA cell, while TRIF Jashpur also made a significant contribution. These activities are an important step towards planning rural water structures and ensuring sustainable use of water resources under the District Water Conservation Scheme.In the said training, the Sarpanch, Secretary, Employment Assistant and women of Bihan Cadre of the concerned village were trained.

Under the direction of Kunkuri SDM Nand Pandey and SDOP Vinod Kumar Mandavi, a team of Tehsildar Kunkuri Pramod Patel and police station in-charge Rakesh Yadav in Kunkuri development block took action under the COTPA Act against shops selling tobacco, gutkha and cigarettes within 100 meters of the school.Which includes 6 shops. They were explained that selling any type of tobacco, cigarette or gutkha within 100 m radius of the school is prohibited. These include Khushi Biryani Center, Dilip Jain Grocery Store, Colombo Khan and Rajesh Grocery Store, Mishra Grocery Store.

Raipur 2 June 2025/ Investigation proceedings have been conducted on 31st May by the State GST Department, Jagdalpur at the business place of M/s Arihant Steel Narayanpur, District Narayanpur.When the investigation team reached the spot, it was found that no accounting books or software related to the business like Tally were found maintained at his business place, whereas as per the provisions of GST, it is mandatory to keep all the accounting books at the business place.

The businessman said that all the bills are issued by the tax consultant. Due to this, the possibility of tax evasion became even stronger. Further investigation revealed that the total turnover from the year 2021-22 to the year 2024-25 is more than Rs 16 crore but the cash payment of tax on it has been made till the current period of only Rs 43 thousand.At the same time, when the e-way bill was examined, it was found that from the year 2021-22 to the year 2024-25, goods worth Rs 8.21 crore were purchased but no e-way bill was issued for the supply of the goods.This shows that the goods have been sold to the common consumer but the benefit of bogus input tax has been given by selling the bill to other businessmen, due to which the Central Government as well as the State Government has suffered huge loss of tax revenue.
