Administration towards the village – Government schemes will reach the doorstep of the people
Jashpurnagar. With the aim of taking the benefits of the government's ambitious public welfare schemes to the last person in the district and saturating the beneficiaries deprived of the schemes, good governance camps will be organised in the cluster gram panchayats of all the development blocks of the district. This camp will be organised in 32 gram panchayats from 6th to 27th February. The district level camp will be organised in Gram Panchayat Bokhi on 11th February. Through these camps, common citizens will be given information about various government schemes, along with this, applications for services like pension, ration card, Prime Minister's housing, individual toilet, MNREGA, Ayushman card, handicapped card, name transfer-partition, birth-death certificate, tap water will also be received and resolved.
Good governance camps in the district will begin on February 6, 2026. Camps will be held in Charaidand, Barabanai, Kodopara, and Tirsoth Gram Panchayats on this day. Camps will then be held in Khatanga, Icholi, Chandrapur, and Juratela Gram Panchayats on February 9. Good governance camps will be held in Basudevpur, Phuljhar, Pilkhi, and Pangsuwa Gram Panchayats on February 13. Similarly, on February 16, good governance camps will be held in Loro, Khutgaon, Mudapara, Nanhesar, and Putrichaura Gram Panchayats. On February 20, camps will be held in Bhandari, Bhelwan, Kardih, and Bataikela Gram Panchayats. On February 23, good governance camps will be held in Kharwatoli, Bamhanmara, Giddha, and Nakbar Gram Panchayats. Camps will then be held in Keradih, Kharpani, and Kardana Gram Panchayats on February 26. On February 27, good governance camps will be organized in Jokari, Kohpani, and Sagibhavna, Sonkaryari Gram Panchayats.
Collector Rohit Vyas has appointed Sub-Divisional Officers (Revenue) Pathalgaon, Farsabahar, Jashpur, Bagicha and Kunkuri as nodal officers and Chief Executive Officers of the respective Janpad Panchayats as assistant nodal officers for the block level camps. Officers and employees of all departments including Tehsildar, Block Education Officer, Public Health Engineering, Forest Range Officer, Block Medical Officer, Senior Agriculture Officer, Garden Superintendent, Women and Child Development Department, Food Inspector, Animal Husbandry, Silk Department, Panchayat Staff, Anganwadi, Mitanin, NRLM, Kotwar, Patwari will be present in the camps.
Collector Vyas has directed that all nodal officers ensure the successful organization of the camps and submit compliance reports to the office after each camp. The district administration's objective is to ensure that the benefits of government schemes reach the villagers directly and that no eligible beneficiary is deprived of the benefits.
