Jashpur gets a new development gift: Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai performed the groundbreaking ceremony for six development works worth Rs 19.51 crore.

Raipur: Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai today presented a new gift of development to the region by performing the groundbreaking ceremony for six important development works near the Police Line helipad in Jashpur Nagar, costing a total of ₹19 crore 51 lakh 78 thousand. On this occasion, he reiterated the state government's commitment to strengthening urban and rural infrastructure.

Chief Minister Shri Sai performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a Muktidham at a cost of Rs 35.46 lakh in Ward No. 18, Bhagalpur, of the Jashpur Municipal Corporation, and a modern auditorium at a cost of Rs 6.76 crore in Ward No. 16. These projects will provide improved social, cultural, and public amenities to the city's residents.

Chief Minister Shri Sai also performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of four major roads to facilitate and strengthen transportation in the rural areas of Jashpur district. These include the Chatakpur-Rengarbahar road at a cost of Rs 2.89 crore, the Kunkuri-Aunrijor-Matlutoli-Patel Para road at a cost of Rs 3.01 crore, the Ranibandh-Chidatngar-Uparkchar road at a cost of Rs 3.29 crore, and the Dhuriamba-Katukhosa road at a cost of Rs 3.18 crore. The construction of these roads will improve connectivity in rural areas and boost economic activity.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Sai stated that the state government is continuously working towards the overall and balanced development of the state. He stated that expanding modern facilities in urban areas and strengthening infrastructure in rural areas are the government's priorities. He expressed confidence that the completion of these development projects will provide new direction and momentum to the region's socio-economic development.

On this occasion, MLA Smt. Gomti Sai, Chairman of Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board Dr. Rampratap Singh, Municipal Council Chairman Shri Arvind Bhagat, District Panchayat Vice President Shri Shaurya Pratap Singh Judev, Municipal Council Vice President Shri Yash Pratap Singh Judev along with other public representatives and dignitaries were present.
