According to doctors, Human Sagar, who was hospitalized due to health complications,
died due to multi-organ dysfunction syndrome. He was brought to AIIMS, Bhubaneswar in critical condition on November 14. Medical examination revealed that several of his vital organs had stopped functioning. Doctors said he was suffering from serious problems like acute-on-chronic liver failure, bilateral pneumonia, and dilated cardiomyopathy. Despite his treatment, he breathed his last on Monday evening.

against his manager and event organizers, alleging that he was forced to perform on stage despite his poor health. She said this was extremely risky for his health.
