The history of tribal bravery of Chhattisgarh resonates on the path of duty.

Delhi/Raipur.  Chhattisgarh's tableau, presented on the occasion of the 77th Republic Day, captured the attention of the nation and the world. Based on the theme "Mantra of Freedom - Vande Mataram," the tableau effectively showcased the glorious history of the country's first digital museum dedicated to tribal heroes.

President Draupadi Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Ministers, and distinguished guests eagerly watched the tableau and applauded it. The thousands of people in the audience gallery also welcomed the Chhattisgarh tableau with thunderous applause. Traditional folk dances performed by Chhattisgarh artists before the tableau brought a vibrant and enthusiastic atmosphere.

The tableau showcased the country's first Tribal Digital Museum, established in Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, where 14 major tribal freedom movements, including those of Chhattisgarh, have been preserved through modern digital technologies. This historic museum was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the occasion of the silver jubilee of the formation of Chhattisgarh state.

The tableau's front portion depicted Veer Gundadhur, the hero of the historic Bhumkal Rebellion of 1910, while the back portion depicted Veer Narayan Singh, Chhattisgarh's first martyr, riding a horse and holding a sword. The entire tableau powerfully presented the tribal community's indomitable courage, sacrifice, and patriotic spirit, establishing Chhattisgarh's proud identity on the national stage during the Republic Day parade.
