Raipur. The Bharatiya Janata Party on Monday launched various programmes to mark its 47th foundation day. As part of these programmes, which were organised from April 6 to 12, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai hoisted the flag at the BJP State Office (Kushabhau Thakre Complex) on the BJP's foundation day. During this, Chief Minister Shri Sai paid homage to the statues of the founding fathers of the BJP and offered them floral tributes.

Chief Minister Shri Sai, while extending his best wishes, said that the BJP was founded on April 6, 1980. The Bharatiya Janata Party is a political party based on principles and ideals. It is not a party of any particular family, caste, or class. The BJP is the unifying force that unites its workers. India's cultural values, our loyalties, and the resolve to establish India at the pinnacle of glory, along with the confidence that through our own efforts, we will achieve this goal. Shri Sai stated that the BJP is the world's largest political party, made possible by the continuous hard work of its workers and the sacrifices of our forefathers. Describing party workers as divine, Shri Sai said that it is because of their dedication and leadership that the party has become the country's largest political force today, and Chhattisgarh is steadily progressing towards development.

Chief Minister Sai said that under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, our country is continuously reaching new heights of progress and development. The BJP's double-engine government in Chhattisgarh will accelerate the pace of development along with the end of Naxalism. The beginning of a developed Chhattisgarh has already begun. "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, and Sabka Prayas" is the core mantra of the Bharatiya Janata Party, to which the party remains committed. Sai said that the BJP's foundation day is not only a day to remember the party's glorious history, but also a day of pledge to rededicate to national service. On this day, BJP workers are engaged in serving the common people by organizing programs of service and dedication across the country.

On this occasion, State General Secretary Akhilesh Soni, Dr. Naveen Markandey, Ranjana Sahu, Cabinet Minister Tankaram Verma, Shyambihari Jaiswal, Rajya Sabha MP Mrs. Laxmi Verma, MLA Motilal Sahu, Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board President Rampratap Singh, State Office Minister Ashok Bajaj, Kisan Morcha State President Alok Singh Thakur, Minority Morcha State President Makhmoor Khan, Raipur Rural District Incharge Surendra Patni, Raipur City District President Ramesh Singh Thakur, Minority Commission President Amarjeet Singh Chhabra and a large number of BJP officials and workers were present.
