Chhattisgarh proud of PM's appreciation for blackbuck conservation, state government committed to wildlife conservation: Minister Rajwade
Raipur. Women and Child Development Minister Smt. Laxmi Rajwade today listened to the 133rd episode of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's popular radio program, Mann Ki Baat, in Chhura town of Gariaband district. She said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's appreciation of Chhattisgarh's efforts to conserve and promote blackbucks is a matter of pride and inspiration for the entire state. Minister Smt. Rajwade said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, wildlife conservation in the state has gained new momentum, and the positive results are now clearly visible. The reappearance of the blackbuck species, once on the verge of extinction, is a testament to the state government's effective efforts.
She said that the state government is effectively implementing various schemes to conserve forest areas, enhance natural habitats, and protect biodiversity. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Sai, concrete steps are being taken towards sustainable development by linking environmental protection with public participation.
