Raipur, June 16, 2025/ A new ray of hope has now emerged in the lives of the youth of Dantewada, who once struggled with challenges. This change has come through a unique and unprecedented initiative at the center of which are Indian Institute of Management IIM Raipur, Dantewada District Administration and Chhattisgarh Government.

When the Entrepreneurship Certificate Program Batch-2 concluded at IIM Raipur on June 13, 2025, not only certificates were distributed on the stage, but wings were given to the dreams of the youth.This two-month residential program provided in-depth education to 50 selected youth from Dantewada on various facets of industry, business and innovation. 

The youth of Dantewada, who once lived amidst limited opportunities and unstable conditions, are now able to see a clear picture of their business dreams.Rakesh Yadav of Dantewada, who has received entrepreneurship training at IIM, says that this training taught him that Mahua and Tamarind of our forests can also become the basis of employment. Now I don't just dream, I have moved towards realizing them.Participants like Abhishek Gupta from Kirandul, Tejasv Kumar and Neelam Pandey from Bijapur said that IIM training is proving to be a turning point in their lives.

Raipur 16 June 2025/ With the beginning of the new education session, the school bells have started ringing again. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai has wished the school children for the new session and said - "Study well, move ahead and become the pride of Chhattisgarh."

Chief Minister Shri Sai told the school children that a new beginning is taking place with the fragrance of new books, the excitement of a new class and new dreams. This day is special for all of us.He told the school children to study diligently, ask questions with curiosity, find answers and move ahead with confidence.Chief Minister Shri Sai said that "We have tried to improve the future of the state by making extensive changes in accordance with the resolutions of the new education policy of the successful Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.You can concentrate on your studies without any worry and leave the rest of the worries to me. Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the state government is ensuring that no school remains without a teacher. Raipur 16 June 2025/ The third meeting of the governing body of Chhattisgarh CAMPA was held today in the Ministry Mahanadi Bhawan under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai. In the meeting, Chief Minister Shri Sai directed that the CAMPA funds should be properly utilized as per the rules.

In the meeting, he reviewed the works being carried out under CAMPA in detail and also provided necessary guidelines.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that 44 percent of the land area of Chhattisgarh state is covered with forests.Our state has abundant forest wealth. Chhattisgarh ranks tenth in the country in terms of geographical area, while the state ranks third in terms of forest area. The CAMPA fund plays an important role in the conservation and development of forests.Therefore, it should be used on the basis of priorities as per the need.

The Chief Minister obtained information from the officials about the works related to forest development, forest protection, wildlife conservation and infrastructure development done in the past years under CAMPA.On this occasion, the Chief Executive Officer (CAMPA) presented the progress made so far and the important works done under CAMPA funds before the Governing Body.

It was told in the meeting that under CAMPA scheme, works like tree plantation in forest areas, Groundwater conservation, conservation of Devgudis, upgradation of forest roads, construction of culverts and ramparts, pasture development, establishment of nurseries, construction of high-tech barriers, river bank plantation, residential buildings for frontline staff,restoration of forest villages, fire safety and wildlife management have been implemented.

Jashpur Nagar: On the occasion of International Yoga Day on 21st June, on the orders of Directorate of AYUSH Chhattisgarh Raipur, a 5 day yoga camp is being organized in all AYUSH Ayushman Arogya Mandir in the district from 17th to 21st June 2025.The yoga camp will be organized in the presence of local dignitaries.

Every possible effort is being made to awaken the general public towards yoga in the yoga camp. So that more and more people can join the yoga camp every day and get benefits.In the yoga camp for the general public, information about yoga practice, benefits of yoga, special information about the process of yoga is being given by the yoga therapist-trainer. Jashpur: CM Vishnudev Sai on Sunday distributed incentive amount of two lakh rupees each to 31 meritorious children of registered workers who secured position in top 10 in class 10th and 12th under the Chief Minister Noni Babu Meghavi Education Assistance Scheme organized at New Circuit House of capital Raipur.This also included 6 brilliant students of 10th and 12th class of Jashpur district. They received incentive amount of two lakh rupees each from the hands of the Chief Minister.Out of these 2 lakh rupees, 1 lakh rupees is given in cash and 1 lakh rupees is given for purchasing a 2 wheeler scooter.

Under the Chief Minister Noni Babu Medhavi Shiksha Sahayata Yojana run by the Sunnykar Karmakar Kalyan Mandal, there is a provision to provide an amount of Rs 2 lakh to the children of registered construction workers if they come in the top 10 in the 10th and 12th examinations conducted by the Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education.Under the Chief Minister Noni Babu Meghavi Education Assistance Scheme, Naman Kumar Khuntia, Purnima Pankra, Harshita Singh, Pooja Chauhan, Ritu Kurre and Mahi Dansena of Jashpur district have been given cheques amounting to Rs 12 lakh at the rate of Rs 2 lakh each.

On this occasion, while congratulating the brilliant children of Shramveers who achieved excellent results in the 10th and 12th examinations, the Chief Minister said that our government understands the needs of the labourer families very well and is working dedicatedly for their overall welfare.The love and support of all of you is our biggest strength and together we will realise the resolution of a developed, prosperous and strong Chhattisgarh.

Jashpur: Collector Rohit Vyas held a review meeting of the education department on Sunday and issued directions to pay special attention to the educational quality of children from the beginning of the academic session.Also, the children have been asked to be given the benefits of government schemes like uniforms, books, scholarships to eligible children, bicycles etc.

The collector has asked the block education officers to work towards improving the quality of education.For this, he also asked to take the help of NGOs so that the education level of children can be improved. 

On this occasion, Deputy Collector Prashant Kushwaha,District Education Officer, UNICEF, Open Link Foundation, Pratham Education Society, Azim Premji Foundation representatives and all the Block Education Officers of the district were present.

The collector gave strict instructions to all the development block education officers and said that they will regularly inspect the schools in their area and will keep a constant watch on the attendance of children in the school, whether the teachers are present in the school on time or not.Action has been asked to be taken against those teachers who do not reach school on time and remain absent. The collector has asked all the cluster coordinators to do tracking to observe the attendance of teachers.The Collector has given instructions to prepare a daily diary in all the schools and to record the daily activities.He said that during inspection of schools, it is mandatory to observe the daily diary and instructions have been given to prepare the baseline of children going from 5th to 6th class.The collector has given instructions to pay special attention to weak children at the primary level and improve their educational quality. He has given instructions to improve their educational level by organizing additional classes for weak children.

The Collector said that instructions were given to the BEO and BRC to submit a weekly report about those teachers who are not active and do not pay attention to teaching the children.Instructions have been given to organize camps in schools with the help of Patwaris and teachers to make caste certificates for children. Along with this, they have been asked to make a checklist of the necessary documents for making caste certificates and provide the necessary documents.For this, instructions have been given to take the cooperation of the parents of the children also so that important and necessary documents can be submitted.

Raipur 15 June 2025/ Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai today attended the closing ceremony of Chhattisgarh Cricket Premier League Season 2 organized at Shaheed Veernarayan Singh International Cricket Stadium in Nava Raipur.Chief Minister Shri Sai handed over the Winners Cup to the winning teams of Chhattisgarh Cricket Premier League. The final match of CCPL could not be played due to rain. Both the teams that reached the final, Raipur Rhinos and Rajnandgaon Panthers, were declared joint winners.

Addressing the closing ceremony of Chhattisgarh Cricket Premier League Season 2, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that it is a matter of good fortune for Chhattisgarh that a cricket tournament like CCPL was organised here in such a grand manner.We are constantly striving to promote all sports in Chhattisgarh. Chief Minister Shri Sai praised the technical expertise of the Pension Directorate, its efforts in digitizing the documents and its coordination with the DigiLocker platform for the successful implementation of this innovative initiative.This step is not only making the administrative system more efficient but also increasing trust and satisfaction among citizens.

रायपुर 11 जून 2025/मुख्यमंत्री श्री विष्णु देव साय के नेतृत्व में छत्तीसगढ़ शासन ई-गवर्नेंस के माध्यम से सुशासन को सशक्त और सहज बनाने की दिशा में लगातार कार्य कर रहा है। "डिजिटल प्रशासन - पारदर्शी समाधान" की नीति को आगे बढ़ाते हुए, प्रदेश सरकार ने अब कर्मचारियों की सेवा जानकारी को मोबाइल एप के माध्यम से अद्यतन करने की अभिनव पहल की है। यह प्रयास मुख्यमंत्री श्री साय की उस सोच को दर्शाता है जिसमें प्रत्येक कर्मचारी की सुविधा, सम्मान और अधिकार सुरक्षित हों — तेज़, सरल और भरोसेमंद प्रणाली के माध्यम से। इसी कड़ी में प्रदेश के लगभग 4 लाख सरकारी कर्मचारियों की सीआर के लिए अब फाइलें पलटने का झंझट समाप्त हो गया है।कर्मचारियों की प्रोफाइल अब एम्प्लाई कॉर्नर मोबाइल एप पर अद्यतन (अपडेट) की जाएगी। इससे सेवानिवृत्ति, पदोन्नति, वेतन विसंगति आदि के समय किसी प्रकार की परेशानी नहीं होगी। 

नई व्यवस्था के अनुसार अब कर्मचारियों की प्रोफाइल को कार्मिक संपदा पोर्टल पर लोड और अपडेट करना अनिवार्य होगा। इसके लिए एम्प्लाई कॉर्नर मोबाइल एप और वेब पोर्टल विकसित किए गए हैं।संचालनालय कोष एवं लेखा की इस नई व्यवस्था को तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू किया गया है। कर्मचारियों की सेवा संबंधी "कुंडली" को अद्यतन रखने में यह व्यवस्था अत्यंत सहायक सिद्ध होगी। हालाँकि 2019 से कार्मिक संपदा मॉड्यूल का उपयोग किया जा रहा है, किंतु यह नवीन डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म कर्मचारियों को उनकी व्यक्तिगत एवं सेवा संबंधी जानकारी त्वरित व सुविधाजनक रूप से उपलब्ध कराएगा। 

संचालक कोष एवं लेखा श्री रितेश अग्रवाल ने कहा कि यह पाया गया है कि कार्मिक संपदा पोर्टल पर अधिकांश कर्मचारी अपनी जानकारी अपडेट नहीं करते हैं, जिसके कारण सेवानिवृत्ति के समय उन्हें अनेक प्रकार की परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है। कार्मिक संपदा मॉड्यूल में व्यक्तिगत जानकारी अपडेट करने की जिम्मेदारी कार्यालय प्रमुख की होती है, लेकिन इसमें समय लगने के कारण असुविधाएँ उत्पन्न होती हैं। इन समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु एम्प्लाई कॉर्नर मोबाइल एप विकसित किया गया है, जो कर्मचारियों को स्वयं लॉगिन कर अपनी जानकारी अपडेट करने की सुविधा देता है।

अब सेवा संबंधी जानकारी, नामिनी परिवर्तन, बैंक खाता परिवर्तन आदि के लिए कार्यालय प्रमुख पर निर्भरता नहीं रहेगी, जिससे अनावश्यक विलंब की स्थिति में भी कमी आएगी। स्थानांतरण, वेतन निर्धारण, पदोन्नति और अन्य प्रशासनिक कार्यों में पारदर्शिता और प्रगति सुनिश्चित होगी। साथ ही सेवा के दौरान और सेवानिवृत्ति उपरांत मिलने वाले लाभ जैसे पेंशन, जीपीएफ, उपादान, अवकाश नगदीकरण आदि प्रकरणों का शीघ्र निराकरण संभव होगा, क्योंकि संबंधित डेटा अद्यतन रहेगा।

कर्मचारियों से प्राप्त सेवा संबंधी आवेदनों का निपटारा सक्षम अधिकारी समयबद्ध तरीके से कर सकेंगे। मॉड्यूल के अद्यतन होने से वेतन विसंगति से जुड़ी समस्याएँ कम होंगी। कर्मचारी एम्प्लाई कॉर्नर मोबाइल एप या वेब एप्लिकेशन पर लॉगइन कर जानकारी स्वयं अपडेट कर सकते हैं। प्रोफाइल अद्यतन की प्रक्रिया को सरल और सुगम बनाने के उद्देश्य से यह एप और पोर्टल तैयार किया गया है। इसके उपयोग के लिए एसओपी (Standard Operating Procedure) की जानकारी https://ekoshonline.cg.gov.in/Advertisement/sop_karmik_website_merged.pdf में दी गई है।

साथ ही, शासकीय कर्मचारियों के सेवानिवृत्ति उपरांत महालेखाकार कार्यालय में अंतिम जीपीएफ दावा को पूर्णतः ऑनलाइन माध्यम से प्रस्तुत करने की व्यवस्था भी तैयार की गई है। इससे दावे के निराकरण में लगने वाला समय काफी कम हो जाएगा।

इसके अतिरिक्त, ऑनलाइन जीपीएफ क्रेडिट मिसिंग मॉड्यूल भी विकसित किया गया है, जिससे कार्यालय प्रमुख और कर्मचारी सेवा काल के दौरान मिसिंग जीपीएफ एंट्री का ऑनलाइन सुधार कर सकेंगे।

Raipur 10 June 2025/ Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai today conducted a high-level review of the works of Tribal Development, Scheduled Caste Development, Backward Classes and Minority Development Department at Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhawan. On this occasion, he launched a new portal for hostel-ashram management.Along with this, Rs 85 crore was also transferred online as the first installment (July to September) of scholarship and food assistance under the new system for running the ashram hostels of the state in the upcoming academic session 2025-26.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the state government is committed to providing the benefits of schemes to every person of the specially backward tribes and tribal society. Our aim is to improve the standard of living of these sections, make them self-reliant and join the mainstream of development.

He said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi always cares about the tribal community and is working dedicatedly for their development. The central government is running many schemes to ensure basic facilities like education, health, employment and housing.Chief Minister Sai directed to ensure effective implementation of ambitious schemes like PM Janman and Dharti Aba with top priority.He emphasized on completing the housing and road construction works approved under PM Janman Yojana within the time limit with high quality.Along with this, instructions were also given to continue the work of preparing basic documents like Aadhar Card, Ayushman Card, Ration Card, Caste Certificate of the beneficiaries through camps under PM Janman Yojana.

While reviewing the ashram-hostels, the Chief Minister said that fully equipped hostels should be built wherever required. Arrangements for toilets, beds, drinking water and other basic facilities should be ensured.If any kind of negligence is found during inspection, strict action will be taken. He said that there should be uniformity in the facilities provided to children in ashram-hostels and real time monitoring system should be adopted to monitor the hostels.

The Chief Minister also took information about the sports complexes run by the department and expressed satisfaction over the success achieved by the children in various sports.He said that better facilities will be provided in all the 20 sports complexes of the state so that sports talent can flourish and players can perform better in national and international competitions including Khelo India.

While reviewing the Prayas schools, the Chief Minister said that highly educated instructors should be appointed in them. Also, special attention should be paid to preparing children for other career options including engineering, medical, CLAT, CUET.Chief Minister Shri Sai issued instructions to complete the construction works of approved and ongoing buildings under the Tribal Welfare Department within the stipulated time and to construct well-equipped buildings for institutions without buildings.He also directed to organize the meeting of Central Area Development Authority and Scheduled Caste Development Authority soon.

He also reviewed the works of Devgudi construction and Akhara development under tribal culture protection and development.Shri Sai directed to ensure proper lighting, seating arrangements, shed and drinking water facilities at places of faith under Akhaara development.

The Chief Minister also reviewed the Tribal Youth Hostel run by the state government in New Delhi.He said that for guidance of students preparing for civil services, suggestions should be taken by discussing with the recently selected All India Service officers so that the youth can be helped in making strategy according to the current scenario.He expressed confidence that with this, more and more youth of the state will reach higher positions and play an important role in the development of the state.

In the meeting, other departmental schemes including Eklavya Residential School, Chief Minister Higher Education Promotion Scholarship Scheme, Tribal Multipurpose Marketing Center, Forest Rights Certificate were also reviewed in detail.

Raipur, June 10, 2025/ The Commissioner of Surguja Division has suspended Manendragarh Surendra Prasad Jaiswal, Block Education Officer of Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur district with immediate effect.This action has been taken as per the instructions of the state government due to the irregularities committed during rationalization of schools and teachers.

According to the order issued, serious allegations have been leveled against Mr Jaiswal like manipulating the seniority list of teachers, giving wrong information about subjects and not following the cyclical rules.

Three major irregularities have been mentioned in the order in which Mrs Gunjan Sharma was declared surplus despite being ahead in the seniority list in Madhyamik Shala Lederi.Similarly, in Primary School Chimtimar, Mrs. Arnima Jaiswal should have been considered surplus on the basis of the date of appointment, but contrary to this, Mrs. Sandhya Singh was included in the surplus list.

In Secondary School Salhi, wrong information was given about the subject by teacher Shri Suryakant Joshi and the subject cycle was not followed.Commissioner Surguja considered this as negligence in duty and arbitrariness and took action of suspension under Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Conduct) Rules 1965 and (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules 1966.

He said that Sant Kabir Saheb Ji was not only a great spiritual saint but also a social reformer and a pioneer of the era.Through his invaluable couplets, he gave the message of unity, love and harmony in the society.

The Chief Minister said that the thoughts of Sant Kabir Saheb have inspired not only India but the entire world.His message of truth, non-violence, kindness, compassion, charity and social harmony is equally relevant today. His followers are constantly working to keep his thoughts alive even on the land of Chhattisgarh.From Kabirdham to Damakheda, the spirit of harmony and brotherhood is being strengthened in the society by his followers by assimilating his teachings.The Chief Minister appealed to the people of the state that we should imbibe the thoughts of Sant Kabir Sahib in our lives and make social unity and harmony stronger.

Raipur 9 June 2025/ With the aim of making the functioning of the Chhattisgarh government more effective and public-friendly, Chintan Shivir 2.0 was organized at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Raipur.In this camp, there was an in-depth discussion on innovations in reaching the schemes of the Central and State Government to the public and modern techniques of good governance.
