More than 100 renowned litterateurs from across the country and state will participate in the Raipur Literature Festival.
A grand three-day event will be held from January 23 to 25 at Purkhauti Muktangan in Nava Raipur.

With the aim of providing a national and international platform to the rich literary, cultural and intellectual tradition of Chhattisgarh, a grand Raipur Sahitya Utsav 2026 is being organised on 23, 24 and 25 January 2026 at Purkhauti Muktangan, Atal Nagar, Nava Raipur. This three-day festival will become a powerful platform for literature, culture and discussion, in which renowned writers, poets, thinkers, intellectuals and literature lovers from the country and the state will participate in large numbers.
The inaugural ceremony will be held under the chief patronage of Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Shri Harivansh.
Raipur Literature Festival 2026 will be inaugurated on January 23, 2026, under the chief patronage of Rajya Sabha Deputy Chairman Shri Harivansh. The inaugural ceremony will be presided over by Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai. The inaugural ceremony will be attended by Dr. Raman Singh as the Chief Guest, along with Deputy Chief Ministers Shri Arun Saw and Shri Vijay Sharma, as well as Vice Chancellor of Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University, Wardha, Prof. Kumud Sharma, and theatre personality and actor Shri Manoj Joshi.
