A new dimension to women's entrepreneurship, Minister Smt. Rajwade stated that a provision of ₹5 crore has been made for the Chief Minister Lakhpati Didi Parikrama Yojana
. Through this scheme, women associated with self-help groups will have the opportunity to study, train, and upgrade their skills on successful livelihood models from the state and the country. This will boost the rural economy and give women entrepreneurship a new direction. A provision of ₹75 crore has been made for the construction of 250 Mahatari Sadans to create a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment for women. These Sadans will be developed as centers for women's dialogue, training, counseling, and social support, providing a powerful platform for women in both rural and urban areas. Strengthening Nutrition and Early Education: A provision of ₹42 crore has been made for the construction of 500 new Anganwadi centers in the state. The government aims to make the campaign against malnutrition more effective. Financial Support for Daughters' Future: Minister Smt. Rajwade, specifically mentioning the Rani Durgavati Yojana, stated that eligible girls will be provided financial assistance of ₹1.50 lakh upon attaining 18 years of age. Raipur. Chhattisgarh Deputy Chief Minister/Home Minister Vijay Sharma described the state government's 2026-27 budget as a historic step toward rejuvenating Naxal-affected areas and empowering security forces. The state's double-engine government, led by Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, is fully committed to restoring peace and ensuring all-round development in Bastar. Mr. Sharma stated that special provisions have been made in the budget to strengthen security on the Naxal-affected front. The government has announced the creation of 1,500 additional posts in the Bastar Fighters, a specialized police unit. This will not only provide employment to local youth but also increase their participation in the security system. 
Furthermore, to encourage Bastar youth to shift from guns to sports and technology, a budget of ₹10 crore has been allocated for events like the "Bastar Olympics" and the Bastar Marathon. "Our goal is not only to eradicate Naxalism, but also to provide work to every hand and a smile to every face in Bastar," he said. Similarly, ₹75 crore each has been allocated for the Bastar and Surguja Development Authorities. ₹10 crore has been allocated for the expansion of air services from Jagdalpur and Ambikapur, ₹10 crore for the Chief Minister's Bus Service Scheme, ₹10 crore for the Chhattisgarh Home Stay Policy, ₹50 crore for the operation of medical colleges in Kunkuri, Manendragarh, and Dantewada, ₹15 crore for the promotion of goat rearing, pig breeding, and beekeeping, and ₹2,024 crore for the construction of the Matnar and Deurgaon barrages on the Indravati River in Bastar. ₹15 crore has been approved for the Mattimarka Diversion Scheme in Bijapur, the construction of the Medki Barrage in Kanker, and additional nutrition assistance in Bastar and Surguja.

Raipur. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai has said that the budget for the financial year 2026-27 presented by the state government is a budget that will fulfil the resolve of all-round development of the state, Antyodaya and creation of a self-reliant Chhattisgarh. He said that the first budget of our government was based on the theme of "knowledge" and the second budget on "speed", whereas this year's budget has been prepared keeping the spirit of "resolve" at the centre, which will prove to be a decisive step towards developed India-developed Chhattisgarh.

Chief Minister Shri Sai said that this budget prioritizes inclusive development, infrastructure strengthening, investment promotion, skilled human resource development, livelihoods, Antyodaya, and a clear strategy from policy to results. This budget has been prepared keeping in mind the state's needs, in line with the vision of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for a developed India 2047.The Chief Minister stated that the government is launching five Chief Minister's Missions to operate in mission mode, including the Chief Minister's Infrastructure Mission, the Chief Minister's AI Mission, the Chief Minister's Tourism Development Mission, the Chief Minister's Startup Mission, and the Chief Minister's Sports Excellence Mission. These missions will give the state's development a new direction, a new edge, and a new momentum.He said that giving top priority to education, 13.5 percent of the total budget has been allocated for school education, which is the highest. Two education cities will be established in Abujhmad and Jagargunda of Bastar, which will provide quality education to the students of remote areas.
The Chief Minister said that provision has also been made in the budget for cashless treatment facility for government officers and employees. To accelerate industrial development, Rs 250 crore has been allocated for the establishment of 23 new industrial parks. For the development of urban areas, a provision of Rs 200 crore has been made in the Chief Minister's Ideal City Prosperity Scheme and Rs 200 crore for the Land Development Bank.

He stated that Chhattisgarh is known as the rice bowl, and agriculture is the cornerstone of the state's economy. Keeping this in mind, a provision of ₹13,500 crore has been made for the agricultural sector. The system of lump-sum payment of the difference in paddy purchases to farmers at the rate of ₹3,100 per quintal will continue, and provision for this has also been made in the budget.
Chief Minister Shri Sai stated that the development of the Bastar and Surguja regions is the government's top priority. A provision of ₹100 crore has been made to promote food, agriculture, and related industries in these areas. Additionally, special provisions have been made to increase the income of local people by promoting activities such as goat rearing, pig farming, and beekeeping.

Raipur. State Health Minister Shri Shyam Bihari Jaiswal has expressed his gratitude to Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai and Finance Minister Shri O.P. Choudhary on the historic priority given to the health sector in Chhattisgarh's Budget 2026-27.
He said that this is the third budget of this government, which is dedicated to the social and economic development of the 3 crore people of the state. This budget has been presented with the aim of accelerating the pace of development achieved in the last two years and moving forward towards the goals of Chhattisgarh Anjor, 2047. This budget is a vision to make Chhattisgarh prosperous and happy. In his statement, the Health Minister stated that this budget will prove beneficial for the state and beneficial for every section of society. He added that as a result of the Chief Minister's visionary leadership and the Finance Minister's financial commitment, extensive resources have been provided to the Health Department, ensuring quality and accessible healthcare for the general public. He added that the budget's decision to provide cashless medical care to state government employees is historic.

Minister Jaiswal stated that the budget includes a provision of ₹1,500 crore for the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Ayushman Bharat Yojana and ₹2,000 crore under the National Health Mission. Important announcements, such as the construction of district hospital buildings in Ambikapur and Dhamtari, the establishment of a 200-bed MCH in Raipur (Kalibari), and the construction of a district hospital in Chirmiri, will strengthen health infrastructure.
He stated that the establishment of GNM training centers in Durg, Kondagaon, Jashpur, and Raipur, medical colleges in Dantewada, Manendragarh, Kawardha, Janjgir-Champa, and Kunkuri, and nursing colleges in Kanker, Korba, Manendragarh, Sariya, and Mahasamund will give a new direction to medical education. The establishment of a physiotherapy college in Rajnandgaon and an advanced cardiac institute in Raipur will strengthen specialized health services. Additionally, the construction of 25 dialysis centers, 50 Jan Aushadhi centers, and more than 25 PHC, SHC, and CHC buildings will further expand access to health services in rural and remote areas. The minister also described the establishment of the State Cancer Institute in Bilaspur and the state's first homeopathy college in Raipur as historic decisions.

The Health Minister said that the provision of Rs 25 crore for infrastructure expansion at Sathya Sai Sanjivani Hospital will prove extremely beneficial for patients suffering from serious diseases.
Minister Shri Jaiswal said, "This budget is not just a document of figures, but a pledge for better health, overall development and a secure future for the people of the state. Raipur. Agriculture and Tribal Development Minister Shri Ram Vichar Netam, responding to the ₹1.72 trillion budget "Sankalp" presented by Finance Minister Shri O.P. Choudhary in the House for the financial year 2026-27, said that the Budget Sankalp will prove to be a milestone for the development of the state's farmers, the poor, and the vulnerable. He stated that the state is experiencing all-round development under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai. Following the Budgets presented in previous years, "Gyan" and "Gati" (Gyan), this Sankalp will pave the way for the state's continued development. It will also help fulfill the vision of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's "Developed India"/2047. 
Minister Shri Netam stated that this budget will strengthen agriculture, the cornerstone of the state's culture and economy. A provision of ₹200 crore has been made for the Dharti Aaba Tribal Village Evolution Campaign, which will ensure holistic development in tribal-dominated areas. A budget provision has been made for the Tribal Surgudi Studio. The Scheduled Caste Development Authority's funding has been increased from 50 crore rupees to 75 crore rupees. An 80 crore rupee provision has been made for the Other Backward Classes Development Authority. A budget provision has been made for a department head's building for the benefit of backward classes. 500 crore rupees has been allocated under the Pradhan Mantri Janman Yojana and 200 crore rupees for housing construction. 3 crore rupees has been allocated for Baiga and priests in Scheduled Tribe-dominated gram panchayats. This budget will undoubtedly play a vital role in economically empowering the people of the state. 

Raipur. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai inaugurated a blood donation camp organized at the Chief Minister's residence in Raipur, on the occasion of his 62nd birthday. On this occasion, he worshipped Lord Dhanvantari and honored and encouraged blood donors. On the occasion of the Chief Minister's 62nd birthday, special arrangements were made by the Alpha Globe Foundation, Raipur, and Shivnath Blood Center for blood donation by 62 people. Chief Minister Shri Sai stated on this occasion that blood donation is a great donation and a true service to humanity. He added that blood donation brings new hope to patients during accidents, childbirth, and serious illnesses. He added that blood donors were also provided certificates at the camp, enabling them or their family members to obtain free blood if needed. It is noteworthy that the organization has pledged to collect approximately 11,000 units of blood annually and will coordinate with various blood banks to provide free blood to those in need. As soon as the Chief Minister reached the Ashram premises, the children's faces lit up with joy. They came running towards him and within a few moments the entire atmosphere became like a family reunion. At that moment the Chief Minister was not a person holding any post, but was seen among the children like their loving guardian.

Chief Minister Shri Sai cut a cake with the children and sat down to chat with them. He asked their names, inquired about their studies, listened to their dreams, and encouraged them to move forward. The affection and closeness reflected on the Chief Minister's face as he spoke to them instilled deep trust in them. The children chirped with joy as they chatted with him with complete ease.

The scene at the ashram premises felt like a family celebration. Chief Minister Shri Sai personally fed the children cake and chocolates. Jashpurnagar . State Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai has given another major gift to the Pathalgaon area. The Chief Minister has approved ₹95.51 million for the rest house's upgrade work. This approval will expand the rest house's infrastructure and provide better facilities to visitors and officials.

It is noteworthy that Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai visited Kilkileshwar Dham in Pathalgaon. During this visit, he announced the upgrading of the rest house at the request of local public representatives and residents. Jashpurnagar . The Chirayu Yojana is proving to be a boon for needy families today. This scheme has not only given new life to children but also brought smiles back to the faces of poor families. In this context, the Chirayu Yojana has also given new life to Amisha Kerketta, born into a farmer's family and battling heart disease.

Born into a tribal family in the small village of Ordih in the Manora development block, Amisha Kerketta became frequently ill. Her family was worried about her frequent health deterioration. When Amisha was examined by the Chirayu team at the District Hospital, Jashpur, it was discovered that she had been suffering from heart disease since birth. Her father, Ashok Kerketta, who supports the family through farming, was distraught. His biggest concern was how he would be able to afford such expensive treatment. Then, doctors informed them about the Chirayu scheme. Hearing this, the family saw a ray of hope. Under the scheme, Amisha was sent to Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Hospital, Naya Raipur, for better treatment at government expense.
